When you play with their hair
-Although Zhongli has never been the biggest fan of physical affection, he adores when you play with his hair
- he will often come back from missions with the traveler, his hair a complete mess and ask you if you can fix it for him, to which you happily agree
- he likes to sit in between your legs, his back facing you as you happily fix his hair, pulling it back into its normal ponytail
-he occasionally will allow you to braid his hair as well, as long as he isnt going into the funeral parlor that day, mostly to avoid Hu Tao’s childish teasing.
-He likes when you tell him stories while you are fixing his hair, he loves to hear about your day.
-he has fallen asleep while you play with his hair quite often, slightly leaning his back into you.
-if you two are going to an event together, he always asks you to do his hair for it, could he do it himself? Of course, but he enjoys the way your eyes light up whenever he asks
-he truly believes there is nothing better after a stressful day then coming home to you and letting you do whatever you please to his hair
-he also loves to do your hair as well if you’d like him too, he’s not great at it but you never fuss over it and it makes his heart flutter
-Ganyu is, at most points of her day either stressing, working, or stressing over work. Calm moments are a rarity for her, but when she does get them she prefers to spend them with you
-She would be extremely shy about it at first, sitting in comfortable silence, her hands resting in her lap as she listened intently to whatever story you were telling that day, eyeing your hands as she thought about asking but always shook the idea off
-Once she finally had got the courage to ask it came out panicked and as if she was unsure of the request herself.
-But you gave her a kind smile and nodded before gently running your hand through her hair, careful to avoid her horns
-Since then it's been her favorite thing you do with her.
-She could sit there for hours with you, just letting your hands flow through her hair, whether you were braiding it, or brushing it, or even just running your hands through it, she just adores it
-When she's had a particularly rough day she’ll put her head in your lap, gently placing her hands on your thighs as you work through the small amount of knots her hair had gathered that day.
-Will normally fall asleep on your lap a couple minutes later.
- Ah when it comes to Childe, although he does love it, he will always tease you as your gently running your hands through his hair
- though if you stop he will immediately look up at you with a confused and slightly concerned expression.
“Why’d you stop?” to which you smile and shake your head before continuing.
-he’d smile proudly before closing his eyes again.
-although he hate to admit it, you are way better at playing with his hair than he is with playing with yours, the soft and tender movements isn't something he’s very used to
-which is another reason he really does love when you do it, you are so soft and careful when you are brushing, or brading, or running your fingers through his hair. He simply can’t get enough of it, though he’d never tell you that straight up.
-if hes in a particularly cuddly mood he may stop you in the middle of you brushing it and wrap his arms around your wait and pull you into him, kissing your forehead
-or if he’s doing your hair he may take moment to mutter something about how much he loves you in your ear, or wrap his arms around you, resting his own head on top of your own
- Yae really doesn't care for anybody getting in her personal space, much less playing with her hair, so it's normally completely out of the question
- but if you've had a rough day, she just may make an exception for you. Sitting down gently in front of you and gently pushing her hair behind her shoulders, so you could reach it.
“Go on now, I don't mind” she’d say gently, not turning to you so you couldn't see the light blush that would start to rise to her cheeks as you slowly traced your fingers through her hair
-she would never admit but, you and Ei were probably the only ones she would let touch her hair
-she would let you braid it, as long as you took them out before she needed to get to the shrine, though once or twice she would allow you to leave them in.
- admiring the braids throughout the day, though if asked she wouldn't say you were the one who did them, unless it was Ei, to which she’d cross her arms and nod, leaving it at that.
-If you ask to play with her hair, Yae will simply give a playful tease and a soft chuckle.
“~Not today little one~, perhaps another day” she responded kindly as she’d reach out and boop your nose lightly.
-Yae however does quite enjoy doing your hair if you allow her to.
- She’ll give you the most exquisite hair styles, and take a lot of pride in them as well
“Well of course it's gorgeous, with you as a model, and me as the hairdresser how can it not be.”
