NEW BIOGRAPHY - UPDATED.
BIOGRAPHY: Noelle Clara Rossi was born on August 2, 2008 to a 19-year-old Cassandra Marin. Cassandra left Virginia, and the father of her child, Henry Rossi, 8 months before Noelle was born. She never told Henry anything about their daughter, and never planned to. Despite not telling Henry anything, Cassandra gave their daughter his last name.
On December 22, 2012, Cassandra Marin was murdered by a serial killer that still has not been caught by the FBI. The FBI found Cassandra’s daughter hiding in a cabinet beneath the sink. They took note that her last name was Rossi, and asked SSA David Rossi if he knew anyone with the name Cassandra Marin. David didn’t, but another Rossi did. Henry did.
Noelle has just met Henry, after four years of not knowing who he is. She has become extremely attached to him, even though she barely knows him.
She loves playing with her dolls, and playing the piano. She also has a love for gymnastics, and is very good at it.
SECRET: She saw her mothers killer, but she doesn’t know how to tell the police because she overheard a conversation between two of them that if she had seen anything, the information would most likely be voted unreliable because she is so little.

Nice To Meet You || Noelle & Henry
Drawing closer to the room, he hears singing. It’s a tiny voice but it’s pretty even if the song is sad. He listened a moment before shaking himself and moving forward. He tried to not be affected by the fact David was whispering to the girl. He had no idea what he was saying and he was nervous. Apparently he was only saying that he was her dad because the small child came bounding up to him picture in hand.
At her greeting, a smile instantly formed on his face. “Hi Noelle. You have a very pretty name,” he complimented her. “I’m Henry,” he stuck his hand out for her to shake but received a picture instead. Still smiling, he looked down at the drawing. “A castle on a cloud,” he smiled. “I love it, Noelle, thank you very much. I’ll cherish it forever,” she hugged the piece of paper to his heart showing her how much he loved it. He really did love it too. The first drawing his daughter made for him. Oh how surreal it was.
He guided her back to the coffee table, trying not to look up at David. He was so paranoid he was going to mess something up or scare her away. He didn’t want Dave to witness that but at the same time it was slightly comforting having his presence there for the both of them. “Do you want to color some more while you tell me about your castle?” He suggested placing a piece of paper in front of each of them.
"Thank you!" Noelle grinned up at Henry, and waved her hand. "It's nice too meet you." Noelle tossed some of her long blonde curls over her shoulder, and shyly began to sway her body back and forth. When he hugged the drawing to his chest, Noelle felt her lips turn into an even bigger smile than before. "I'm glad you like it!" The four-year-old jumped up and down with excitement. "I wanted to make it perfect before I gave it to you."
Noelle easily followed Henry back to the coffee table, and watched as Henry set a blank piece of paper in front of her. "Okay! But you have to tell me about your castle too." Noelle's laughter fell from her lips. You could almost hear the innocence in it. "My castle is the safest place in the world." Noelle said, as she began to draw a room inside her castle. "It has a lot of stuffed animals!"
As she continued drawing, Noelle suddenly stopped to look up at Henry. "Can I call you Daddy?" The tiny blonde quirked one of her eyebrows, patiently awaiting his answer.
Nice To Meet You || Noelle & Henry
Well shit. This is just great. Henry’s thinking to himself. He’s upstairs in his room pacing back and forth feeling like he’s going insane. Why? Because he was just told by his stepdad that surprise! He has a four-year-old daughter. He’s not mad about it though. No, no, not at all. He’s scared shitless. He doesn’t know how to be a parent. To be a dad. He’s only twenty years old. He shouldn’t have a four year old. Regardless, he wants to be the best dad he can be. Noelle went through a trauma, she deserves the best he can give her. She probably deserves better than him too.
Running his hand through his hair, Henry sighs. What should he expect? She’s what four? What do four year old girls like? He remembered he was full of energy and loved playing soccer and coloring. Would she enjoy those things? He wasn’t sure. He also remembered four is when Izzy attacked him and his family. It was that age his epilepsy occurred. It was that age Jack lost his mom. Clearly, four years old was a rough age. At the realization Henry wanted to chuckle but how could he? That fact was immensely depressing. Shaking his head, Henry tried to clear his head. He couldn’t walk down there in a depressed mindset or with a depressed expression. This was the first time he was meeting his daughter, he had to make it a good one. How horrible would it be if she hated him? His own child hating him….the thought made him cringe. One of the things Henry strived for was the approval of his family and making them proud. The easiest way to get to him was to reveal he had failed everyone he loved.
“You can’t avoid it forever,” he says to himself as a last attempt to pull himself together. He heads out of the room and makes his way down to the kitchen where he can hear David and Noelle. His stomach drops. He’s nervous. Here goes nothing he thinks entering the room…
Noelle was sitting on the couch of the Rossi home, humming the tune to 'Castle On a Cloud' from Les Miserables. The small child was coloring on a piece of paper, ironically drawing a castle on a cloud. "Do you think he will like it?" Noelle showed David the picture, tilting her head to the side. "It's wonderful! I'm sure he will love it." David smiled at her, and motioned for her to come closer when he heard Henry coming downstairs. Noelle looked at the stairs, and then back at David who was whispering into her ear as Henry came downstairs. "That's him, princess."
Noelle snapped her head around quickly, her dirty blonde hair whipping around. "Really?" Noelle questioned, before hopping off of Rossi's knee and making her way over to Henry. "I'm Noelle." The tiny girl waved her hand, and flicked her hair over her shoulder. "I drew something for you." Noelle shyly handed over the drawing. "Do you like it?"
HAPPY NEW YEARS!
-throws confetti;
Hello, everyone!
Elijah laughed as a pair of tiny arms attacked his legs. He ruffled her hair gently and grinned. “Well I’m glad everyone has been super nice to you kiddo.” Elijah didn’t expect anything less than the BAU kids though. All of them were pretty well with kids. Elijah smiled as Noelle moved away so that she could start there game. Watching her flip over in the house made Elijah extremely nervous at first, until he realized she was a natural. He watched her get up on her hands and start walking around too. “Hmm, well, I’m going to have to say a Gymnast. Am I right?” he asked her smiling. “Those are some pretty awesome tricks there munchkin.”
Noelle came down from her handstand as soon as Elijah guessed a Gymnast. "You're right!" Noelle giggled, and bounced her way back over to him. "Thanks! I've been taking gymnastics since I was two. It's one of my favorite things to do! I could teach you if you want." Noelle grinned, and looked towards Elijah, motioning to where he was just standing. "YOUR TUUUURN!" Noelle sung loudly, before sitting down on the couch.
Hello, everyone!
Elijah smiled sadly at her. “I’m sorry honey. It’ll be okay though. Those agents will look after you, and you’ll probably get to see a lot of us kids a lot.” Elijah smiled at her. “Sure cutie, that’d be great!”
Noelle smiled up at him, before wrapping her tiny arms around his legs. "I sure hope so! You are all so nice." Noelle finally let go when it was time for her to start charades. "Okay, okay!" Noelle marched a few feet away, and tapped her chin. Suddenly, Noelle came up with the perfect idea. Putting her hands up in the air, Noelle then placed her hands on the ground, kicking her legs over her body, completing a front walkover. "What am I?!" Noelle had done gymnastics since she was two, and was already a very talented little gymnast. Doing a handstand, Noelle started walking across the carpet on her hands.
The Fray - Look After You
Hello, everyone!
*Hides confusion as to who she is as she skips away* They look great!
Noelle noticed his confusion. “Are you okay Heath?” Noelle smiled at his approval. “Thanks! Will you put them on? I can’t reach!”
Yeah! So do you live near here? *takes the stones from her and places them on the snowman* Like this?
"I used to, but then Mommy got hurt. I don't know where I'm going now." Noelle watched as he placed the rocks on the snowman. "YES! That's perfect."
Hello, everyone!
Elijah grinned. “I’m positive sweetheart, but thank you for asking” Elijah’s eye brows scrunched together. “Oh, and why’s that little darlin?” He gave her hands a gentle but reassuring squeeze. “Charades sound perfect!”
Noelle smiled as he gave her hand a squeeze. "I was playin' that game with Mommy, but then she got hurt really bad." Noelle didn't let go of his hand, but smiled softly at the mention of Charades. "Yay! Do you want me to go first?"
Hello, everyone!
-Bites her lip looking at the little girl- It’s nice to meet you too. So, who are you here with?
Noelle looked up at Sophia. “Some agents brought me here.” Noelle smiled shyly.
Agents? Wow. So, what do you like to do? Do you like to color? Play dress up?
I love playing dress up! And playing the piano, and gymnastics, and coloring!
Hello, everyone!
*Hides confusion as to who she is as she skips away* They look great!
Noelle noticed his confusion. "Are you okay Heath?" Noelle smiled at his approval. "Thanks! Will you put them on? I can't reach!"
Hello, everyone!
Nora grin widened. “You like them? I’m glad. You can have another one a little later if you’d like.” Nora lead her towards her room. “Well then right this way little lady.” Nora brought her into her room. She pulled a box out from under the bed and pulled out a few of the pictures for Noelle to see. Seeing the sad smile Nora immediately back pedaled. “Well I was wondering why I haven’t seen your cute face around here before”.
Noelle nodded her head happily, her waist length blonde hair bouncing with energy. "Mhmm! You're a really good cook!" Noelle followed Nora into her room, and her eyes lit up as she saw the pictures. "These are so perfect! I wanna learn how to draw! Will you teach me?" Noelle looked up towards Nora, her little eyes filled with hope. "Oh, well, I used to be with Mommy. But then somethin' bad happened..." Noelle looked back down at the picture. Something on her nightstand caught her eye. "Ooh, who are they?" She grabbed the picture frame, bringing it to Nora.
Hello, everyone!
Elijah, but I call him Eli. *moves out of the path of the falling snow* Well tall snowmen are always the best!
Noelle giggled. “They are! And then, I want a picture with it!” Noelle grinned, and finished the bottom of the snowman. “It’s perfect!”
Okay! We’ll get one later, we have to add the eyes and stuff first. It is perfect!
Noelle clapped her hands together. "Yay! I'll go find rocks!" Skipping off, Noelle grabbed a couple of rocks, before bringing them back. "How do these look?!"
Hello, everyone!
Elijah smiled at the girl. “Yeah kiddo, I’m okay.” Eli held gave the little girls hand a soft squeeze. “Yeah, what kinda game do you want to play? Okay no hide and seek, do you not like that game?”
Noelle pushed her hair from her face. "As long as you're sure." Noelle shook her head to answer his question. "Uh uh. I don't like it anymore." Noelle sighed softly. "We should play charades!"
