He and his team should've thought better than to use 'he wants to slow down on his career' as an excuse for the shit that's going on, CONSIDERING THERE ARE PEOPLE FIGHTING FOR THEIR JOBS AT THE MOMENT.

No, he's not the one making those business decisions with the ones who are fighting, the fault isn't on him, but he's part of the industry and someone who has made a name and wealth from it.

At the least, he should be using that name and voice to strike. Or keep quiet instead of talking about his gratitude for having his wealth and wanting to work less in such times.

It's not invalidating what he wants to do with his life, but he is part of that industry, he has worked with the people who are affected by this and are fighting for it.

The least he and his team could do is stay shut if he's not going to be voicing out for them.

This interview is honestly concerning.

Not saying I know him better than his mother, or that I know him personally, but this is more than anxiety. And he sure has not learn to manage it.

As an overthinker myself and someone with mental health issues- yes, I know there are so many things in life that don't matter at the end of the day. At the end of the day, you should have peace in your mind and a meaning to your life.

Looking at your life should not make you feel unhappy. That in itself is very telling.

For him, it seems like his anxiety, his problems, and his questions about anything and everything are getting pushed aside and swept away by himself because 'it doesn't matter at the end of the day' 'who cares, nobody cares, so I shouldn't care'.

That is not managing.

Being good at taking the focus off yourself is not managing.

Being good at taking the focus off the questions that keep coming up in your head is not managing.

Who knows if he's had professional help, but he didn't learn to manage it, and he clearly needs that help.

He needs a lot of clearance that isn't the voice of his own inside of his head.

I am not his mom nor a person in his circle. My opinion on this is not to say that I am so or that I know him and his situation. I also do not mean to diagnose him. That is not my job.
