Any era of tmnt is welcome, but Iâll be mostly making rise hcs, since thatâs the one Iâve watched most of

Leo has a habit of tripping on things more often when regressed
Raph has a deco pacifier for each teddy bear
Whatever bear he carries around, he uses the matching paci, and vice-verse
Whenever he gets a new bear, he goes through a list he made of his favorite deco pacifiers, finds what is still available, and chooses the one he thinks most suits the bear

Leo and Mikey have the easiest time regressing on purpose, while Donnie and Raph struggle more

Little Raph has an oral fixation
Essentially, he like to put things in his mouth
He has attempted to put many things in his mouth, like rocks, Donnieâs tech, Mikeyâs pens and pencils, and all sorts of thing nobody should put in their mouth ever.
heyo! any little Mikey or Leo thoughts? i personally hc all of them as regressors or at lest having regressed before becauseâyk, rise movie existing. anyway do you have any headcanons for them?
Leo and Mikey are quite the mischievous duo, and it only seems to enhance when theyâre regressed.
More often than not, they get really competitive, or work together really well. And both options end in chaos.
Do not let them out of your sight. Ever.
The others learned that when they found Mikey and Leo covered head to toe in paint, glitter absolutely everywhere, and totally not a clue where that one vase went that they definitely didnât break and attempt to put back together only to throw it over a sewer ledge because they got paint and glitter all over it too went. Nope, no clue.
(The vase was found a week later... or parts of it was found anyways)
How would Splinter react to his sons regressing?
Rise Splinter probably wouldnât even notice for a long while. Some regression activities overlap with their regular activities, so he wouldnât see the differences.
Someoneâs babbling? Eh thatâs fairly normal already. Coloring in a coloring book? Lots of people do that. Chewing on a teething ring? Well thatâs just a form of stimming isnât it? Ralphâs always been a chewer, and Donnie tends to grind his teeth a lot, theyâre just taking care of themselves is all. Which isnât untrue.
The sibling donât exactly hide it from him (but they have made a few half-lies).
They tend to take care of each other pretty well already so itâs not like theyâd need to ask him for help much. Maybe a âtrying really hard to be subtleâ question here or there. Asking about their childhoods to get some easy answers.
Eventually, when he does find out though? Once they explain whatâs going on and why, heâd be pretty understandable. It doesnât sound like a bad idea in all honesty.
After that they wish they told him sooner, because now they can go to him when regressed, and oh how worth it that is.
Tiny Donnie Hcs

Donnie is usually regressed to an older total age
He likes to still be able to tinker around with things and use his hands for something constructive
While small, he's more sensitive to loud noises and often will cover his head if he becomes too overwhelmed from the noise
He usually will be captivated by one activity or toy for hours at a time. He also tends to play unconventionally, taking to sorting his stuff over and over instead of playing pretend
Small Donnie really likes hot wheels and automatic race tracks with those controls
If he wants a snack he'll usually go for a frozen flavorless juice or some gummies
He keeps himself away from his lab when he's small because he's still at a level of mind that he knows he could easily get hurt in there
Usually likes to slip into a long t-shirt and some pajama pants. It makes him feel cozy and he likes the comfort
He has one stuffed animal. Raph got it for him as a gift when they were kids and he's slept with it ever since, even when he's not regressed
Donnie loves watching Atomic Blast (his cannon childhood idol) when regressed
Raph sucks his thumb when regressed
Eventually he ends up with a paci collection
