Mikey (from TMNT 2012) is a big brother caregiver for a trans boy age regressor. He loves taking care of his little bro and loves being the big brother for once. The two of them eat pizza together, go skateboarding together, and play play video games together. Mikey does his best to make his little bro feel better, either because his little bro is feeling dysphoric or feeling extra age regressed. Mikey supports his little bro the best he can.
