-- Area 2--
Unfortunately, this area is more of the same. Although debris of broken trucks and suchlike remain from where the bus must’ve come through, the city looks as dead as ever. There are a variety of street lights and the further norther you go, the redder and glitzier the lights become, as if implying a darker part of the town. More debris clutters the path to the right and any other possible exits. You suppose you are stuck here for now.
Clinic
Your steps echo into the expansive white hall. It’s a clean building, a variety of magazines and seats already set up in waiting rooms. The only strange thing is the lack of bustle. A variety of specialized rooms filled with hospital equipment are all set-up and ready to go. If only you knew what half of it did… at least there are scrubs and gloves to pretend with.
Pachinko Parlor
Opens at 7PM. Closes at 6AM.
Filled with sparkling lights and glitzy imagery, the pachinko parlor is here to sate your need to gamble away your life savings. Or it would be, if you had the coin. Rows of machines keep the pathways narrow. A large maneki-neko stands outside, as if beckoning you in… to lose all of your money.
Sonata Bar
Opens at 7PM. Closes at 6AM.
This fancy establishment would make anyone feel like a VIP. The lights fill the place with a soft blue light keeping the atmosphere cooling. Vague silver decorations adorn the ceiling and a variety of silver stools sit by a long and ornate matching counter. Behind the counter lies the prize, a variety of alcohols and juices, with some ice stored in a small freezer below the counter. A variety of smooth songs can be played on the jukebox.
Serenity Salon
Opens at 6AM. Closes at 7PM.
After all this stress, who could say no to a good pampering? A clean and warm building with a variety of spa treatments and special nail stations to keep you looking like the best you. Scissors and towels are stacked in perfect order, ready to be used and a variety of potted plants keep the building looking pleasant. Several white sofas compliment the waiting area.
Crest Library
An impressive building with bookshelves towering to a height that might be triple that of a normal person. Many of the shelves are cordoned off with velvet red rope but is easily passed over. There are stepladders to a corner allowing access to the higher shelves. A large counter is clearly there for guests to go with a variety of small tables and chairs. Two fancy lion statues can be found further in.
Office Building
Opens at 6AM. Closes at 7PM.
Cubicle after cubicle, after a while most of these rooms, floors even, begin to look the same to you. The building contains more paper and stationery supplies than you’d ever need, large packs of the stuff bundled in storerooms. A variety of computers sit at desks, but none seem to turn on. It has an elevator that seems operational taking you to each of the four floors.
