toyomitsu is a baker by day, and a potion seller by night. he concocts the most effective (and most delicious!) potions and serums in all the land, but sells only to very exclusive and trustworthy people, or those that he himself deems worthy. his potions are very strong and can become very capable items in battle if used by someone who knows what they’re doing, so he feels a duty to be wary of who he’s selling to!

if he doesn’t want to sell to you, all he’ll have to offer you is bread. if you push and insist that you’ve heard of a potion seller at this address —- he’ll probably just magic both you and your memory away. he’s a very powerful wizard!

aside from being a strong magic-user and an expert craftsman, toyomitsu was also a brawler in his youth. a travelling fighter, he would seek out duels to win the pot and catch criminals for bounty as his pay. he came from a very poor family with very little to their name, and so he would fight in the streets for pay to help both himself, his family, and even the locals. he was very good at it —- and still is! if the need to fight should arise, toyomitsu is a fierce opponent. you’ve likely heard stories about him. don’t let his round and friendly stature mislead you!

he has a hankering for sweets, and it’s not uncommon that he’ll fall for bribery to coax him into making special custom potions. the way to his heart really is through his stomach.
