I had started workin on my brand guidelines but after some development i had decided to move in a different direction for my look, and this had resulted in me changing it soon after.

some parts that I have used from my group members publications and implemented into mine to create a cohesive yet personal feel.

for my publication i kept the same colour theme for consistency and used the assets provided by my group members in a way that would fit into how i wanted it to look

iterations of logo design for Summer Squeeze has been lengthy and tiresome but there are many options to choose from now

the map features help guide the eyes through the visual essay from page to page while also helping the reader to understand the moves she has made

[roydesstudio]

by adding map graphics and the use of tables i was able to conceal her identity with these features, fitting as they directly relate to her and are the places she has been.

i changed the table design a few times before settling on something more substantial as the original ones were very plain and i wanted to focus on how the jobs had evolved over time

for my first spread i chose to use a table design to present additional info based around the idea of excel spreadsheets, commonly used in marketing to calculate expenses and other details

i placed my written out text into a basic layout that gave me room to input graphics and other things i will add later

I then started looking into her careers using linkedin to research previous jobs to create a timeline which i would base around where shes travelled to for her jobs and projects she has done

I began my visual diary by doing a small photoshoot with Barbara and talking about what she does and some getting some background.
