CM Evolution (S18) - Trailer Speculation/Spoilers (Below the Cut)

Note: IF YOU WANT TO READ THE EPISODE SYNOPSIS SPOILERS, DM ME. I WILL HAPPILY SHARE THEM.

Considering the episode synopsises that mention 'The team say goodbye to Will' - - it's pretty clear they're probably killing him off. I suspect his cancer scare back in S16 (when he told JJ is was a false alarm) probably wasn't, and it'll probably be that he really DID have cancer and now he's dead. Which I am furious about for SO many reasons. I don't even like him as a character, BUT I love JJ and killing her husband, killing the boys Dad?!?!?! That's horrific. She deserves better!!!

I'm so sick of this show trauma dumping on the female characters. I swear they don't know how to give any of these women depth without inflicting physical and/or emotional damage. (Don't even get me started about what's going to happen to Tara😩)

Based on the synopsises, I think the woman who slaps JJ (then later hugs her) in the trailer is msot likely Will's mom. We know his dad died in S2 (Jones), but I don't think we've heard anything about his family past that???

I love JJ so much. She has already been through ENOUGH, why can't they let her be happy? I know Josh left the show, but considering Will was off-screen for pretty much all 14 seasons of CM, WHY couldn't we have just had that again?? They could have easily let him exist in the background. But no. Why would they dot hat when they instead have a chance to give JJ more grief and trauma? 😤🙄😒

as a big jemily shipper it also makes me mad that jj "will get rid of will" unintentionally. if we had a divorce subplot it would've made much more sense and for the future we could happily state that jj stopped loving him and left him. but no... of course he's gonna die by tragedy, leaving jj traumatized and in love. SIGH
