listen... I just want to get this off my chest. I (personally) don’t hate the mods at the server. I don’t. Do I think some of them acted in a very reprehensible manner? Definitely. Do I hope that with these new management changes things improve for the better? Also definitely. I want things to get better for the people in-server and I’m glad that steps are (finally) being taken to improve the server and possibly listen to people that have been hurt by mods actions (and inactions)

You’re also part of the group that “raided” RQO with delightful phrases such as “we want to see elias hole” and other NSFW shit. Real cool how you pretend to care about marginalized voices and protecting minors when you actively harm them and force them to participate in unsafe behavior. This is standard abuser shit. You, as an adult, should cease contact with these teens immediately for their safety. If you had any morals you would.
All you really care about is getting attention, which is obvious to anyone with two braincells to rub together.
You are, unfortunately, just attempting to wield power you don’t have. Causing a life to end will not make yours more significant. It will not give you the power you crave. Nothing is better or worse because of you, and powerful people don’t care about the weird manifesto you’ve spent way too much time on.
Thankfully, it didn’t work. You lost again! Sorry you couldn’t get any mods fired or cancel Mike Lebeau or whatever it is you were trying to accomplish. Maybe try picking better out of context screenshots next time.

Hey, all due respect, I think criticism is needed here. Yes, there are things in the doc that absolutely need addressing, but the way in which it was done is not it. There were several things which were taken wildly out of context or that just completely disprove what you were saying, and this alone causes people to discredit the rest of the doc. It's clear that a lot of this was written by kids, and I think you couldve done it in a far more mature manner, if only to be taken more seriously.
I, personally am just going to say. Could this document have been edited more? Definitely. That is on us and not others. It was written over the course of a few days and it had started getting to the point where we felt we were going out of minds because any time we tried to interact in the (official rqo) server there was always something more to add. I didn’t even want to go in there to be silly and talk about music or whatever project I was working on with people because I knew there was, more likely than not, a new issue to be added. Not to mention that as the days passed we met more people (on tumblr, on Twitter) that had also had negative experiences in server (or dealing with the mods) and we also tried to add their own experiences to the document.

We honestly didn’t even start the doc with the intention to post it. It started more as a list of personal grievances before someone in the group suggested that we actually try using it for accountability. By the time we got to the point of posting it, we were exhausted and honestly just didn’t even think about why we started it

Our group of roughly 10 or 11 people spent some time in RQO, and in that time, we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable. We had our feelings and concerns dismissed and invalidated. We witnessed harassment, and this space that was HEAVILY populated by children was clearly not being modded by people who cared about the well-being of those children. Our group did not even start out this big. We found more people along the way with similar experiences who helped us collect evidence for this post.

First of all: Introjects aren’t associated with schizophrenia lmao.
Second of all: This was in a conversation where people were sharing headcanons. Again. A headcanon that someone has a certain alter isn’t a joke.
Third of all: This was a system talking to other systems. There are a lot of systems in RQO. Everyone knew they were a system.

I shared a genuine headcanon that Jon is schizophrenic and autistic.
The joke of “the brain doesn’t work that way /j” is a reference to a hate message that I got once saying “You can’t be autistic and schizophrenic. The brain doesn’t work that way.”
Again, this was not an ableist joke anout Jon being schizophrenic. This was about something stupid someone said to me, an autistic person with schizophrenia. And if actually read the screenshots, the mods didn’t shut it down because they found it ableist. They shut it down because “Inside jokes feel exclusionary.”
And also, if you read the screenshots, there were other people in THAT conversation talking about mental headcanons. And again if you read the screenshots regarding Jon with an introject of Mr. Spider, THOSE often got scolded and told to move to a different channel.
