Ok, so, I saw couple of posts (including one posted by my buddy) about phones spying and listening to what we say aaaand...YES. They actually do. I know because I worked in the industry for many years and did chunk of research and some testing in my spare time. Apps listen for key words in what you say to personalise the adverts. Most people say that phones do spy but they don't say how to actually stop them from doing so, so here I come to the makeshift rescue (if you have android device) Feast your eyes upon little picture tutorial!
Click SETTINGS and click the APPS
Click every single app that concerns you but MOST IMPORTANTLY click the BROWSER APP like chrome, firefox etc...FIRST
Once you do...click MOBILE DATA and BATTERY USAGE, you see, most people click top option to stop spying but you actually have to stop BOTH :)
Click each and make sure its like that (turned off)
...and please for the love of God, unclick your microphone and your camera:
Because every freaking browsing app have shit in their settings:
Bastard apps tag along in the background to spy on you. Some sites you will see there wont be even sites that you ever visited!! I wouldn't even recommend googling the apps that will tag along in your site settings as some are specifically tagging along to stuff your phone with mess and spying and phising apps.
MAKE SURE TO CLICK EACH OF THEM that seems like website you never visited AND A BOX WILL APPEAR WITH TEXT "CLEAR AND RESET" please click it to remove the spying site settings immediately from your phone.
