So back in May I had both meniscus repairs done and set out on the track of recovery for the summer.... goals...keep the Isabody challenge going.... motivation in movement ( competed and on to another ) .... skating by August ( done) .... and hopefully be back into a golf swing for an annual buddy golf outing in September .... . . ....last week I got some practice swings in and a few hits ...felt ok... this week full on into some golf... 2 full days out ... felt great... knees stiff but acceptable .... . . . Believe in yourself, set the path, pace yourself , keep healthy things in and progress will come .... I know healing takes place over time..... with good things going into action including my nutrition plan plus the added joint and vitamins from clean healthy sources.. I had no doubt I could reach all three by summers end.... . .
