Whenever possible I try to have my daughter participate with me on something I’m working on that might be simple like in this case. My daughter finished college orientation. . I knew months ago this would be a busy time. . We’ve been busy getting the graduation party schedule worked out. . Needless to say thanks for hanging in there. . I’ve had these and a tens unit but haven’t been as great as I should and I think it’s gotta be a regular practice. I did it this morning and it’s helped. - The foam rolling stick is nice for cross back or upper shoulders or if you want someone to roll your arms. - And I didn’t do it for the longest time bc in part I may have prejudged that it wasn’t what guys did. 🚨 Fail Alert 🚨 - I recently got one of the @jobyinc and my phone was falling out when I got it to stay then my watch camera ⏱ and the phone timer wouldn’t sync. That’s what I get trying to document haha. - This morning I got in about 1.5 miles maybe in 30 min of “sprints” what we can say are my version of sprints at this point. Chest day and some beginner moves on @trxtraining I also used it to stretch out back.. - Because I’m trying to build up endurance so I can train workout lots of injury pain I’m going to try to get in some indoor bike for about 30-60 min later tonight. - Do you have a @myfitnesspal @trxtraining or @jobyinc or use @everlast heavybag as a cardio? As most of you know, I already served in the @marines & yeah I have a decent amount of injuries from my time in. - I ordered @trxtraining before the holiday so I know that’s affecting shipping but it’s taking longer than I expected but here’s why I’m trying and adding TRX to my home gym. - 1 it’s recommended in this book USMC Prep by @joshhonsberger & @nickkoumalatsos two good people Former Recon and MarSoc Raiders and TRX was made by a Seal. That’s badass company. 2. Joint and injury pain and focusing on goals. Wayback Wednesday post. - Walter Reed Army Medical Center hallway. Down East Feast Event. Serving Lobster, Steaks, Burgers to the severely wounded Military. - I was born here as my father was serving in the US AF at the time.
