I remember from the times I was forced to go to therapy I didn't like it at all. Irl I'm a loner and not talking Abt feelings and memories is just one way I work. I think being a loner was heavily shaped by my elementary school years as I was not able to make connections easily because my voice was not heard metaphorically and literally. One specific experience I remember was in my 3rd grade math class we were solving a puzzle that took me a minute to solve but I figured it out. We were supposed to work as a team but after trying to pitch my idea to my peers and not getting heard I asked the teacher to work alone. In a class of like 30 kids I was the only person to solve it.
