🔍delve deeper into the mysteries of the most normal town in America
I love City Council of Darkness cause you have Brennan being like “I have absolutely no way to honor you guys succeeding there because of how insane you proceeded to act” and then ten minutes later he shows up with something equally insane but then it swings back around to Zac saying “I don’t read. I get mad that the letters don’t do other things,” which causes Brennan to make this face;
Like the Intrepid Heroes are On Some Shit no matter what campaign they’re in, but I swear to god, the coterie has unlocked a new level of unhinged in them. There is no straight man in this party. Every single one of them is doing loop-de-loops in a Bingo-Dingo bus around this town but also none of them are at the wheel and the buses are diving headfirst off the starwalk into the quarry.
Its so sweet how you can see Brennan using Kelly to express his passion for making American Girl Doll's shoes
She really did change a lot with this.

la contesse madelaine d'artois is by far the most rizzed up PC in all of dimension 20. and i realize some of this is because she is a vampire who has Magical Beauty and Allure but also thats just siobhan thompson's game.
Agent Clark was a whimp, my girl Nancy Danderhoof would've caught on to the Hilda Hilda/Wanda Childa scheme in an afternoon but wouldn't have published it because fig would tell her so much dirt about everyone else
brennan character bleed creating enmity between vampires and leprechauns but drawing the line at astrology
City Council of Darkness, Episode 7: A Co-op and a Caretaker
Just two platonic business partners.

just received a vision of hj gifting lavonte his vitae through his wrist and later gracing the spot with a tattoo that just so happens to look like a set of fangs as well as a popular california landmark
literally thought of this, said “oh my god” out loud, and sprinted to my tablet
(goofy bonus under the cut)
Simply cannot stop thinking about the fact that HJ and LaVonte are Sire and Childe and yet seem to have no hierarchy between them at all. HJ unquestionably treats LaVonte as his equal and LaVonte feels perfectly comfortable yelling at and physically assaulting HJ, both of which are kind of unthinkable under the social rules of the Camarilla. It’s LaVonte’s name first in Worthy and Wingstreet Industries. They are Sire and Childe but more importantly they are partners.
And they were roommate business partners 🫢
I love post canon Fantasy High where Ragh is a famous professional athlete and Gorgug is a famous musician but the overlap of their fans is very small so everyone who's a fan of Ragh thinks Gorgug is his weirdo nobody grunge punk boyfriend who also fixes cars on the side and all of Gorgug's fans think Ragh is just a big, hot, beefy trophy husband
they've already got a guy! you know it!
(based on a cover of "Go For It, Nakamura!")
big fan of these two
Thinking about the fact that LaVonte was turned sometime in the 80s, likely during the height of the AIDs crisis. During a time of rampant homophobia which was even more brutal for men of color.
Thinking about the fact that LaVonte waits by the creek for HJ, punches him out *immediately* and then expects the same in return. The disappointment and borderline disgust he feels when HJ doesn't reciprocate. Contextualized by the fact that their favorite movie is American Psycho-- a film about a 1980s *closeted* business man who embraces violence as a means of trying to define his masculinity.
Thinking about the fact that maybe LaVonte has found comfort in his intimacy with HJ *because* there is plausible deniability when it comes to romance. And when Maya threatens that and HJ doesn't push back it threatens the safe ambiguity LaVonte relies on.
revamped stuff for the lemonade mouth au!
(i have so many wips for this au it's killing me lol)
