My mouth fell.
Because I'm [title card]
Thinking about Yuji and how sweet he'd be during after care. Letting you lay your head in his lap, him running his hands through your hair as you drift off to sleep, and when he thinks you're fully asleep, starts whispering the sweetest things to you.
"You're so pretty," he murmurs softly, gently tracing the outline of your features so he doesn't wake you. "What'd I even do to deserve someone as perfect as you?"
NIGHTMARE | aang x reader.
When Aang woke up from a dream that felt so real m, he let out a piercing scream. He was crying, shaking, and panting. He looked very disheveled, his eyes darting around the room as he looked for you with so much panic on his face.
"Aang! Aang, it's okay, come here," you cooed, your own heartbeat beating abnormally fast from the grueling sound that came from your boyfriend as you brought him into your arms and let him cling to you and just cry. His grip on you was so tight, big pale hands running up and down your back almost as if he was trying to memorize how your body fit next to his.
You let him cry in the crook of your neck for a little while, simply whispering small soothing words like, "It's okay, baby, just let it out." And “I’m here, I’m right here”
Then he pulled away just a litttle bit and looked at the wet splotch on your sleep shirt "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you I just-" he started sniffling and blinking through his tears
"Don't you dare apologize, Aang." He just pulled you closer
"Was … was the nightmare about your people?" you carefully asked.
He let out a shaky breath before recounting what he dreamt about
"No... you you died a-a-and I was too late and it felt so real. I-I just... I can't- baby, I can't lose you."
He let out heavy sobs and whimpers of heartache and pure fear into your neck as he held you close.
"It was just a nightmare, Aang. I'm here. I'm right here, holding you and I'm not going anywhere."
His cries had quieted down and he was only sniffing a bit and you rubbed his back through all of it, gently moving your hand over his head, bringing him closer to you.
"Shhhh, it's okay, sweet boy. It's okay."
Your heart broke even more. Your sweet, kind, joyful man was reduced to a crying and shaking mess because of the terrible demons that plagued his mind when he was asleep. You hated seeing him like this, seeing him in so much pain, seeing him so scared.
Underneath the whole Avatar, master of four elements, bringer of peace and restorer of balance to the world, the Last Airbender mantle, was a boy who had already lost too much and didn't want to lose any more. He was a boy who loved eating fruit pies and moon cakes. He loved riding the air scooter. He loved meditating. He loved playing around and being goofy. He loved taking little kids on rides with Appa. He loved finding things that reminded him of you. He loved talking about his culture and heritage. He lit up every room he walked into.
But right now, he was a crying mess who just needed his girl.
You hated life for robbing him of his childhood.
You hated life for putting so much responsibility on him from such a young age.
You really hated life for constantly taking from him.
So, you held him close and let him cry, let him pour it all out. You stayed like that for a long time.
And you hated the fact that even though you were a great healer, you couldn't heal this. You couldn't fully take this pain away from him. You could only be there for him when he needed you.
"I'm sorry for getting you all wet," he apologized again once he had calmed down and started breathing evenly, gently moving away from you.
"Aang, look at me."
He raised his wet face up. You gently wiped his tears and passed him a small napkin so that he could blow his nose, then you threw it into the trash can nearby. Then you cupped his cheeks taking in his appearance; pale skin looking warm in the moonlight, his nose was red and his eyes were bloodshot and tired, it made your heart clench.
"I'm here, Aang. And I'm not going anywhere. I'm not leaving, and you know I'm a tough girl. I'm not gonna get taken out that easily," you said while holding his face and lightly teasing.
"I know,” he paused to take a deep breath “I know you're a tough girl. It… felt so real and I just got really scared" he continued while looking deep into your eyes with the big stormy gray pools you fell in love with. Those big beautiful eyes you would fight a war for.
"I love you. I love you so much, and I can't stand the thought of losing you."
"I love you too aang, and I'm right here with you, not going anywhere," you concluded as you gently kissed his cheeks, his nose, his eyelids, his forehead, and finally his lips.
Then you gently motioned for him to lay down, and he brought you down with him, resting your head against his chest and wrapping your arms around his torso as he nestled his face into your hair and wrapped his hand around your back, keeping you snug against him. He listened to you whisper sweet nothings until he fell asleep again, feeling safe and at ease in your warm embrace, and at that moment he knew he wasn't going to let anything take you from him.
He could live without the Air Nomads.
He could live with being the last Airbender.
He could live with knowing he had to carry his dying culture on his back.
But he couldn't live in a world without you.

gojo headquarters feels as cold as it always does when yuji walks into yuta’s office at 4 pm wednesday evening. he’s hyperfocused on his laptop, and yuji watches the reflection of what looks to be a game of solitaire in his glasses’ lenses.
finally, yuta takes notice of his colleague and friend. “ah. hey, yuji,” he smiles, minimizing the tab to give him his full attention, “thank you for stopping by.”
yuji returns the friendly smile, but his chest hurts. he’s exhausted. the curses have been running rampant more than usual lately, and unfortunately, given his grade, he’s the go-to sorcerer to clean things up.
“where is it?” yuji asks, already knowing what is about to be requested of him.
yuta’s expression is apologetic. he hates doing this. but, yuji is the only special grade sorcerer left that can handle the tasks now that yuta is elderly and becoming sickly, and the rest are dead. “there’s a special grade curse in the outskirts of katsushika. it was last sighted on the shore of edo river.”

꩜𖦹༄ avatar aang who cries when you're riding him
aang didn't expect this.
he never expected sexual acts to be so… animalistic, profound, and extremely filthy. missionary was all he knew—then, with your encouragement, he started leaning into different positions like doggy style and the mating press. but this one you were doing right now?
this was his favorite of all.
you with his cock deep inside your tight pussy, your walls warm and tight as you rode him sensually back and forth—taking every agonizing inch of him like the good girl you were.
your face was twisted with pleasure, bottom lip caught between your teeth as you rode him. it was too much, he was too big—aang knew that for a fact. but your little whimpers as you tried your best to take him all made his heart clench.
fuck. you were the most beautiful thing he had ever laid eyes on.
"don't stop, baby," aang rasped, his hands tightening on your hips. "fuck. mph.. just like that."
"aang…?" you whimpered, your hips faltering just slightly.
he paused. oh no. had he hurt you? did he grab your hips too tightly? was he stretching you out too much for you to handle?
"you're…" you swallowed hard, a finger coming up to wipe away a tear that he hadn't even realized had slipped down his cheek. "crying!"
crying? he couldn't believe it. he was the avatar, for fucks sake. and now he was reduced to a crying man, completely undone and helpless over his girlfriend's little pussy.
"sorry—it just… feels too good. you squeezin' me like that… can't help it, sweet girl," he choked out.
"are you hurt?" you asked softly.
"i'm not hurt," he promised, his thumbs rolling soothing circles against the warm skin of your hips to reassure you. "fuck, i'm the exact opposite of hurt. just keep going. please."

Aang loves admiring you while you train.
Aang would love watching you train, weather you’re a bender or a non-bender, he would just admire you and your determination to be better, and if you’re already a master at what you do it would still be the same, he really admires you and if there’s anyone who knows how capable you are it’s him.
Even when your hair is all over the place and sticking to your sweaty forehead and your body is sweaty and your clothes are a bit tattered, all he sees is this fierce and talented person.
He would be standing there with a fruit drink or just some water in his hands ready to praise you and give you his signature puppy eyes.
Always gonna need you.

Five years later
You were both 23 years old.
The sky was dark and a bit stormy . It was raining, and the graceful moon was up in all of her glory. It was absolutely gorgeous.
You and your husband were sitting on the terrace of the temple—your home—and you were in your element, loving the feel of the rain and soaking it up as you and Aang danced around while waterbending together, making silly shapes and doing cool tricks.
“Watch this,” you giddily instructed Aang.
You took a breath and raised your hands slowly, making all the raindrops freeze at once.
“…Whoa,” Aang let out while looking around before his eyes finally landed on you once again.
You were gently moving your arms around in a beautiful and elegant dance your flowy evening gown following your movements making you look ethereal as you made every raindrop around you spin in fast controlled circles before moving your hands upwards and making all the raindrops turn into snowflakes and fall around you both.
When you fully turned back to Aang to see his reaction, he suddenly pulled you into a passionate kiss as the snowflakes fell animatedly around you. His right hand was cupping your jaw and his left hand was resting against the small of your back. His lips were soft, and he still tasted like a peachy fruit pie. Your lips let out soft smacking sounds before he gently pushed his tongue into your mouth, and you returned the passion after the initial surprise, resting your hands against his chest, clutching his robes and rubbing your tongue against his, tasting and savoring each other even more.
And when you pulled away, you were breathless. There were snowflakes everywhere—in your hair and on your cheeks and nose and all over his head.
“Agni… you’re amazing,” he praised as he looked deep into your eyes with his soft pools of gray filled with so much admiration.
“Mm, I was just playing around with the rain, Aang,” you giggled softly.
“You looked gorgeous while doing it” he countered.
“Not every day my wife makes it snow,” he added with a chuckle.
“Mm, I know you love the snow, so I decided to do a small trick.”
“Small? Baby, that was anything but small,” he laughed while holding you closer to him. Your clothes were a bit wet, but neither of you minded anyway.
Then after a few moments of just holding each other and basking in the peace of it all, it fully hit Aang. He truly loved seeing you in your element, the same girl who comforted him though his hardships, through those terrible nightmares all those years ago, the same girl who would look at him like he hung the stars, the same girl who fought by his side through the war, the same girl he chose over cosmic energy. He loved seeing you so happy and peaceful, and he most definitely knew this was something he couldn’t live without.
“I’m so happy I get to spend the rest of forever with you.”
“Oh my gosh, you can’t just say that out of the blue!” you said while feeling the warmth in your cheeks and bashfully looking away from him.
“Well, I mean it. I’m glad that you’re mine, and I’m glad that you chose me to be yours as well. I’m glad that I can spend my evenings like this with you, and I’m truly blessed to be able to wake up by your side too. Can’t live without you, bab-” you didn’t even let him finish
Now it was your turn to pull him in for a sweet soft kiss.
“And it goes both ways, you cheesy boy. Love you too.” You whisper against his lips
He kissed your cheek and carried you, one hand under your knees and the other hand supporting your back and you were just giggling and reveling in all this affection , as he took you down to your bedroom with the biggest smile on his face.
—Hellooo everyone! I decided to write my first fic ever and yeah I edited it as much as I could and I hope you guys like it and enjoy reading it
If there any tips you have for me to improve my writing I would really appreciate it, also English is my second language so I hope I didn’t make too many mistakes 🍓💗
The quiet loss.
CONTENT WARNINGS AND TRIGGER WARNINGS: miscarriage, angst, blood.
Aang’s heart broke into a million pieces when he heard you scream, when he saw the blood trickle down your legs, when he saw the tears in your eyes and the panic in your face, when you couldn’t stop shaking even after he got you to the healer’s center, when you kept whispering “no, no, no, no, no spirits please no” even though you knew it was gone.
You were miscarrying
Aang stayed beside you the entire night, his fingers trembling as they held yours so tightly like if he let go for a slight second you would disappear too, his own tears falling silently while he tried so hard to stay strong for you, even though every broken sound that left your lips felt like it was tearing him apart from the inside. He kept murmuring soft apologies against your forehead, apologizing for something that was never his fault, because he didn’t know what else to do with all the grief crushing his chest. And when they asked aang to go stand outside so that they could perform the procedure, he almost didn’t, he wanted to argue back about how he’s not leaving your side but he didn’t want to waste any more time and he wanted you to get what you needed so he hesitantly left after giving you a long kiss on your forehead “I’m just by the curtain baby, I promise I’m not going anywhere.”
You were already five months along so the procedure was difficult, painfully difficult, because of how far along you were and every second of it felt unbearable. Your cries echoed through the healer’s room while Aang stood just outside the curtain completely frozen, his hands shaking so badly he could barely breathe, every broken sob that came from you making him feel more helpless than he ever had in his life. Katara stayed by your side through all of it, exhausted and heartbroken herself as she carefully healed what she could, constantly checking on you whenever your breathing became uneven or your body shook too hard from the pain and grief.
She is the best healer in the world and she did everything she could for you, her hands glowing softly as she used waterbending to ease your pain and stop the bleeding,as the other healer performed the procedure ,her voice so gentle and calming even while tears filled her own eyes at the sight of both you and Aang breaking apart in front of her. She stayed with you for hours, helping you drink water when your hands shook too much to hold the cup, wiping your tears away, brushing your hair out of your face , whispering quiet reassurances and praises to help you keep going even when she knew there were some wounds her healing could never truly fix.
By the time it was finally over you looked completely drained, your face pale from exhaustion and tears while Aang rushed to your side the second he was allowed near you again. You were already drifting off to sleep, “stay… stay here” you mumbled sleepily while gesturing to the chair beside you and Aang took his seat and held your hand not wanting to disrupt your peaceful departure to sleep. Once you finally slept, Katara let your other hand go and walked around the bed to give aang a hug “I’m so sorry, aang, it must be really really hard to see her like this” she whispered against his shoulder tears brewing in her own eyes
All aang could say was thank you as she let go and gave you both some space.
You slept for ten hours due to the medication you were given immediately after the procedure , aang didn’t sleep at all just thinking about how strong you were and how he wished he could take all of this pain away from you as he simply watched the slow rise and fall of your chest, he watched how your eyelashes looked as you slept, he watched how the tears dried on your face and he got a wipe and cleaned your face up gently then he watched how tangled your curls were against the cotton pillow case “damnit I should have brought her bonnet”he whispered to himself.
“Hm? What bonnet?” You asked groggily as you woke up and reached out for him. “Oh you’re awake!, do you need water? Are you hungry? Should I help you sit up? Are you uncomfortable? Does anything hurt a lot? Are you-“
“Just come lay with me, aang” you cut off his concerned rambling with that simple instruction. He coiled into the empty space of the bed and Henry held you and you instantly felt comfort in his warmth. Then the events of what happened started replaying in your mind and you felt the need to apologize “I’m sorry aang, I’m so so-“ “No. don’t do that please don’t do that baby, please don’t apologize. You did nothing wrong, you did your absolute best. Strongest woman I know.”
“I just, I know how much this meant to you, how much this meant to me, and I was so excited and now,” you gestured to your empty womb “…now it’s just empty.” Aang cupped your cheek in his large hand wiping the tear that rolled down and said “hey, none of that okay. All that matters right now is that you are alive, and yes it meant a lot to us, you are not empty. You have so much love to give okay.i love you so much, baby” you didn’t say anything after that you only turned your face to the side and kissed his hand before nuzzling into his chest while trying not to move too much.
Then a little while after drinking water and eating, the healers and the physician came back to the room wearing soft sympathetic expressions on their faces and explained what they did and how your recovery is gonna look like and they gave you all your medication and balms. They also included that you shouldn’t do too much heavy bending because your body was gonna be weak for a while due to how far along you were. The healers did one last check up on you and concluded that you were well enough to leave.
Aang grasped onto every single thing they said before helping you up and taking you home, not once did he let you carry a single thing. If it was up to him he would have carried you home but he knew it would be better to go on appa. Appa gently nuzzled his massive face against you, “ thank you buddy” you said to him as you pet his head. As Aang gently carried you and placed you on appas back he lightly instructed appa to go slow.
The ride back home was quiet and slow with aang turning back every few minutes to check on you. And when you finally got home you found a beautiful surprise the acolytes had quietly come together while you were gone and prepared warm meals for both of you, leaving trays of soup, tea, rice, fruit, fresh bread and your favorite chocolate moon cakes waiting on your dining table along side a cute little note wishing you a safe recovery . You let out a soft “oh” at the sight of all of it your heart swelling at the act of kindness as you turned to look at aang’s face you noticed a look of familiarity present on his tired features.
You weren’t hungry at the moment considering the fact that you had eaten a few hours prior to coming home so aang took you to the bathroom and bathed you being mindful of your stitches and then he moisturized you and put you in bed making sure there was a cup of tea and all you needed was on the bedside table. He kissed your forehead and then you told him you were okay and he should also get cleaned up, eat something and come to bed.
So he took a shower, freshened up and got himself some food, his hands were still a bit shaky but that was because he couldn’t stop thinking of the pain you were in. After eating some food he went back to your bedroom and found that you had finished your cup of tea, then he set his stormy eyes onto you noticing the look you had on your face, like you couldn’t cry anymore, you were just tired. And then he climbed into the bed and held you once again covering your bodies in the blanket and letting you listen to his heartbeat.
“I know you miss the little one, I miss them too, and that’s okay, it’s not gonna be easy, but we’re gonna be okay, we’re gonna get through this together. I love you so so much” He whispered as he kissed your forehead and closed his eyes. “I love you too aang”
It wasn’t going to be easy, but you weren’t going to be alone in this and that’s good enough for you.
A/N- so I’ve been writing this for a while now, and it’s not edited yet so yea I also don’t know why I’m in such an angsty mood but yea something happened not too long ago and I just felt like incorporating it into a fic.
Also I any feedback is appreciated🫶🏼

Which is why your back was pressed lightly against the cool metal wall of the elevator, as you look up at aang with an eyebrow raised when he places one hand beside your head and the other hand on your hip,
“Mm you ever heard of personal space?”
“Huh? What’s that?” he teasingly whispers back as he nuzzles his nose against yours
Then you let out a giggle “you’re impossible”
Then he stole a kiss from you and trails his hands down to the belt loops of your jorts and brought you even closer as if there was any space between the two of you.
“But you like it” he whispered against your lips as he pulled away from the kiss
“You’re not wrong about that” you replied as you kissed him again with your hands clutching the fabric of his shirt.
