TO BE MATURE
To be emotionally mature you have to control your feelings, have security in yourself and also have some independence.
Mentally mature is to think before you act sacrificing immediate pleasure for future goals.
To be mature in the social ambit you have to resist peer pressure.
Spiritually you need to understand a deeper meaning of life, aiming at a higher purpose.
SEXUALITY AND HUMAN RELATIONS
Human sexuality is rational and spiritual.
There are five dimensions of sex:
Mental
Physical
Spiritual
Social
Emotional
To make a safe and responsible decision about sexuality you have to be mature.
CHANGING SKILLS
This will help you to clarify your problems and find better and more according solutions to them.

CONCEQUENCES
The consequences are the things or the situations that occur from the reactions we made thanks to our beliefs.
They can be feelings and behaviors.
BELIEFS
You beliefs oftenly place you on an emotional trajecty, that's why you have to be aware of what you believe.
Our beliefs take an important part of how we react to situations. That's why they take a lot of influence in the way we react with others and on specific situations.
ADVERSITY
Is a situation or a state of serous difficulty. There are adversities that challenge us.
RESILIENCE
1st Step: Know yourself skills
Learning your ABC's. Our emotions and behaviors are trigged not by the events but at how we interpret those events.
RESILIENCE
Resilience means to adapt well. It also means "bouncing back" from difficult experiences. It involves considerable emotional distress.
Resilient people seek out new and challenging experiences.
RESPONSIBILITY
To be a responsible person means that you need to respond to something, you need to respond to your actions, good ones and bad ones.
Any action has consequences and you need to face them.
Each person is responsible to: -Oneself --Self possession ans self government lead to responsibility -Society (other persons) --Social responsibility
RESPONSIBLE FREEDOM
This kind of freedom says that being free is not the same as being independent.
Responsibility- being able to respond for my actions.
My acts belong to me (I am owner of my own actions).
LIMITED FREEDOM
The human person is NOT an absolute being.
There are different kind of limitations:
-Physical: need food ans air so survive
-Psychological: not capable to know and want everything.
-Moral: know that there are actions that we want to do, but shouldn't do.
SOCIAL-POLITICAL FREEDOM
To have this kind of freedom is to have the capacity to carry out the vital project within the society.
Is the capacity to get involved in social and political life without prohibition
Is to be able to create a just human social order.
For social freedom to be effective, authority and personal freedom should be integrated promoting responsibility.
