probably the reason I’ll always prefer the HN/HG artstyle, is because that style isn’t realistic. It perfectly collaborates with a real story. It relieves the consumer - the story is sad, shocking and real. But the style isn’t.

the style is wacky, no straight lines, no borders. It’s a breath of fresh air, it’s unique. i look at HG and same. HG is melancholic, depressing. AND YET it isn’t. It’s something I yearn for, something that MAKES ME open up the game and be there. HN and HG are the typical “USA, imagined by someone in the other end of the world” and it’s a vibe in games like Sonic Adventure too, and it WORKED.

and HN3 is just eastern europe, I’m literally having the same melancholic, depressive, hopeless state irl on daily basis, I don’t need a reminder.

I’m pretty much triggered by TEN year olds being shipped in a romantic way. I’m pretty much triggered by those, who suck up on canon, yet try to pretend that romanticizing a brother-like friendship which basically every second child has in their life, is okay.

I’m also triggered, because now I see that everything they accused me with, happens in their case. I’m insanely triggered, yeah, because those are the reason why my main fandom fell apart, and basically became a dictature

Here’s a thing

people don’t want to get along. People want to destroy their made-up enemy (other shippers of a fictional ship, who are real human beings btw) and force their ship down on everyone’s throat. They’re doing everything they have accused me with. The forcing, the not tagging, the supporting of illegal shit. They are doing all that and it’s disgusting and idk why are people blind.

There’s one more takeaway i want to tell, before something happens with me.

Many MANY people are desperate to hunt down fake witches. Their fake ass morals need something they THINK is bad, to chew on. Meanwhile, they close eyes over real crimes that the law punishes. They find excuses to validate their friend/ally/themselves, even if the thing is literally illegal . they’re nowhere to be found, when real threats with evidence, should be cancelled.

but that random person who ships something else? Oh yeah, they keep harassing and ruining that person until they leave/die. Either is good for these people.

have y’all noticed how our tags have been getting flooded with anti-zutara content and constant cross-tagging lately? that’s not a coincidence. on twitter, some kataang shippers are literally encouraging people to come onto tumblr to “fight back” against zutara shippers; and, as you can see from some screenshots, to straight-up bully them.

these people are not in our tags looking for respectful debate or polite conversation. they’re here looking for fights and excuses to harass people over a cartoon ship. (saying that out loud is honestly embarrassing enough already).

another important thing to note: zutaranti is a genuinely problematic person, and you can read more about it. her little bootlicking followers aren’t much better either, constantly copying her behavior, eating up everything she says, going through the trenches to defender her, moving like an actual cult sometimes lol.

and she constantly screenshots our posts to post on twitter so people can dogpile us. a lot of those screenshots are intentionally cropped or taken out of context just to push a narrative. she even screenshots posts from people who responded to her. because her goal was never to have a civilized discussion, clarify her points, or genuinely engage with what zutara shippers are saying. she’s just here to screenshot, mock people later, and encourage her followers do to the same.

so seriously: just block them. don’t engage. that’s exactly the reaction they want.
