Awesome run today👍🏽🏃🏽1:33:45 PR today, 2nd in age division and 4th female.. And it took me 39 seconds to even get to the line... Monday, monday!!

So, excited excited... Tomorrow I am gonna try and bring back more plant based eating in to our meal plans ... The last couple weeks I have actually been good about taking our pro biotics and getting our habits in check..Jesse always did so much better with less meat and since it is getting warmer.. It should be easier to juice , which is always less of a stressor on the guts🤗 20 mile run in the morning.. Gonna try generation ucan before my run and test it out:) For dinner this week I will also be trying out a recipe from my Veganomicon🙃Potato and Kale Enchiladas with Roasted Chile Sauce🌯yumm!!
