The #transformation of my abs. Started at about 145. Slight muscle tone, no abs. Working out and ate healthy but no measuring or detailed diet plan. Over the next year and a half I started training to compete. Leaned out and added muscle. stayed around 130. Super defined abs. The next evolution of my abs toned them down but seriously shrank my waist. as I shed a bit of size/muscle my weight came down to about 125 which I competed at for most of last year. By NOV 2012 I was down to 122 and that is the weight you see in the PRESENT pics i post. My waist seems to be even smaller now than in the Last pic. This all takes TIME. The evolution of a physique requires slow and steady CONSISTENT progression.
