If you kinda sorta train some of the time, you'll kinda sorta get results ALL of the time. You have to train like you want results CONSISTENTLY! Even when it's not convenient. Even when you're tired. This picture was taken last night at 10pm. Yup. I spent my Friday night at the gym squatting it out getting my #glute workout and cardio in. Sure, I would have rather Been in my sweats on my couch. But sometime we have to make sacrifices when we have a goal in mind. "If you can't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want will be the sacrifice."
