Belated Thursday Rundown

Currently 179 (-4 from last week) I did height and weight and came up to 40% body fat which was in itself kind of crazy. Cutting this weeks Rundown short. Unfortunately I'm exhausted and too busy to give a detailed report. Till next week y'all!
