Short run on the treadmill. 😄
6 km (3.7 miles)! First time longer than 5k this year! 😄🎉
Very proud of myself! Didn´t really want to go at first, it is quite stormy today, but I pushed myself and actually quite enjoyed running in the wind.
Also broke in my new running shoes today. Got them quite muddy. Running in them feels great, though they are definitely not waterproof.
Just a really great run today!

5k run today. Was a little slow, because I didn't run last week, but that is fine. I'm proud I pushed through!
Little Challenge this month
I'm turning 30 this month, so I'll try to run either 30 km or 30 miles (48 km).
Wish me luck!
Short run today. 😄
So I registered for my first 5k race this year
It will be in April, which gives me ample time to train. Would love to get under 30 min on race day, maybe even under 28 min? So far my current PR is 33:57 min for 5k. Lets see what I can accomplish in 9 weeks of training!
Oh, and I also ordered new running shoes, so I have a back-up in case my 7 year old running shoes finally disintegrate. Found some for 20 € at Decathlon. Not the highest quality for sure, but for running 2 - 3 times a week they will do. Curious how good or bad they will turn out.

Went to the gym twice this week! 💪
Did legs on Tuesday and today arms and upper body. Proud of myself!
PS: Also did 2 km running on the treadmill. :)
