The Man in the High Castle

3 miles. It was hard and I had to walk in pets due to bathroom issues.

Hard run but I didn't stop.

The run was hard in parts and my legs felt heavy. But afterwards I realised I've run further and faster! 🏃‍♀️😊

Terrible run. Slow. Heavy legs but I still ran.

Ran the whole way no stopping

Stupid app didn't record part of the run. Faster🏃‍♀️and less walking. Nearly did the whole thing without stopping.

Ran the first mile without walking at all, and walked a lot less generally. My pace is getting faster.

Faster again 😄 it was hot hot hot and I was a sweaty Betty by the end. Really enjoyed this run.
