One of fear working as food and beverage staff is the review from customer through survey online. Got a complaint and boss will asked why the review are so bad. Whether staff fault for service or customer fault for not explained what they want. As a customer also have a right to complaint about service to make sure the store will increase their effort to do better. Luckily this time customer fault for not follow the SOP of the store. Afraid that is my fault for not giving good service. My journey part 2. 1. I graduated in diploma in secretary. I enjoyed learning during my student year for 3 year. Learned shorthand which is only secretary can read it and difficult but I manage to pass actually. I really do enjoyed. 2. After a few months later, I got a job as a secretary. I feel like becoming a real secretary. Good salary too. I really that I can get this position especially for government position which is mostly people put on high hope for this. 3. In my 3rd year, I'm still secretary but for a contract only. For 3 year but I'm still in contract which most people asked me "When will you get a permanent position?" I was like "I'm not sure because they been working on it for a long time for paperwork to exist the secretary position in this department". When they asked, I still don't know what to say to them especially my family. 4. During that year, I feel liked doing this same thing again and again and again. My salary are good especially raise every year but does it worth it? All I do is buying clothes, makeup, skincare tried to follow up the trend but I still didn't feel satisfied. And I also not doing my job properly so I feel like no improvement in my job after all. I will continue my journey on my next post. Sorry for my colouring method. I'm just colour it. This my journey. From job as secretary to sandwich artist. I used to study for secretarial course for 3 years and then got a job as assistant secretary office. After 3 years of contract finally I made decision to resign. The covid came and I'm jobless for 4 month until I found another job. The salary is small so I worked for two month and change my to subway. That's why subway call the staff sandwich artist. It's just how neatly put in vegetables, dressing and wrap up with parchment paper. I will tell another story in my next post. I try my best to draw simple like this about my self. Since I don't have a tab to draw so I patiently waiting to buy it. I might draw genshin impact characters if I have time. It's been a long time since I draw them.
