This is the Gordon Ramsay I love.  The Gordon Ramsay that has come across the pond is so crass and abrupt.  I have always preferred him on his British shows where his love for food and his concern for the careers of the restaurateurs that he tries to help shines through.

I also really enjoy him on MasterChef, because I see this side of him peek through just a little bit.

Also...Mmmm eggs.  I wish I could get away with cooking eggs like this in my house. YOM.
