sorry for my lack of presence on this blog, i’m sure you all missed evan ( note the sarcasm ) even if it was only for a few days. university has been hectic and it has stolen time in which i could’ve devoted to my little demon child. i’m sort of bitter about having a life and not developing evan’s, yes, you heard correctly. i’ll get to replies and messages tomorrow - please don’t think i’ve forgotten about anybody !

‘ I’M NOT STUPID!!! ’ after a childhood with a brother who often implied and inferred as such, lucy always had a violent reaction to that word unless she was the one using it. ‘ and you aren’t a monster. ’ honestly lucy had rolled her eyes when he said that. or would have if she hadn’t been otherwise preoccupied. ‘ this is war; we’ve all done bad things, we’ve all become monsters, that doesn’t mean we’re going to stay that way forever. ’ she wiped her forehead, unknowingly wiping his dark blood against her pale brow and hair. she’s killed people too, or at least figured she probably has —– she never cast an avada but she was fairly certain she caused the death of some people; such was the way of war.
‘ you’re injured, you could die, and i have the ability to stop that, so i’m stopping it. you’re in no condition to take yourself anywhere – you’d probably splinch yourself – or even to really argue, so you’re coming with me. ’ she smiled, a breathless, sunny, if worn-out and exhausted, thing, before helping him to his feet, slinking one of his arms over her thin shoulders.

such a vicious reaction from a girl with such an ebullient disposition about her had evan recoiling slightly, head starting to turn fuzzy ... or more realistically, the feelings he felt had nothing to do with her mood-swings and more to do with the loss of blood finally taking it’s tole on him. ❛ alri’ whatever y’ say ! ❜ he’d heard this thesis many a time, about how war changed a person, how it brought out the worst in people and turned them into unrecognizable shadows at night. but what if you were always like that ? what if you DID stay that way forever ? because FOREVER is all he’s ever known, this darkness festering inside of his rib-cage and moulding itself around his heart for longer than he could recall. ❛ if ‘y save me, ‘y killin’ MORE. healers are meant ta be more E T H I C A L than this, aren’t y’ ? ❜ his own blood smeared on her skin should’ve spooked him more than it did, but evan found himself admiring the crimson painted across her features, despite how misplaced it looked on such a harmless face. it was odd how he was practically arguing with someone to leave him here and let him die, but it was even odder that she seemed intent on saving him with no ulterior motive. unless.. ❛ y’ NOT sendin me to azkaban, i’ll find the sharpest thing y’ own and impale m’self wi’ it ❜ the apparition wasn’t the smoothest, and had evan keeling over instantly as he felt the fresh brown carpeting beneath his dirt-ridden boots, but the change of scenery was not the cause for concern as of that moment. it was a clever scheme, getting him back to her apartment so she could call the authorities on him. the stories he’d heard about azkaban passed down through the word of mouth had been inhumane at best - it was a fate worse than death - whilst still remaining alive. he’d be damned if he got stuck there.

It was permission enough, as far as he was concerned. Rosier was respected enough within the ranks that he could veto an idea of B’s if it was too risky, and this kind of approval made B thirsty. He knew exactly which town square he’d target – small, predominantly upper-middle class, mostly muggle, home to the family of one of his father’s mudblood friends. The sort of thing that’d make for politically appropriate carnage. It’d impress the Dark Lord, B thought. Make him happy.
B stepped to his feet, clasped his hands together. Flashed his teeth. “Care to come along, Rosier?” Rosier – or would Evan be more appropriate here? He’d stick to boyish formality until directed otherwise. Stretched out a hand for Rosier to take, so that they might apparate over to the town without further ado.
the cogs had already begun turning in his mind, that was clear to see, evan’s own mind in a similar dismal state, a cocktail of careful planning clouded by serotonin at the sheer thought of the blood shed that would transpire on this cold winter’s eve. of course, the rosier heir was aware that if this wasn’t FUCKED up, returning with a body count of civilians that surpassed double figures, they would be well rewarded by the dark lord himself. this was an offer missed only by the foolish. after all, what slytherin wouldn’t go for this opportunity to be applauded for being a reprobate, right ? a lesser known fact was that evan wasn’t in this for the BELIEFS, though the issues with blood-status hierarchy was an overlapping trend that he could easily succumb to and actively engage in. no, everything was secondary to chaos. checking the innards of his wool lined coat for the familiar outline of his wand, ( and dagger just for the thrill of things ) evan simpered. chaos it was, and chaos it would be. ❛ we’re ‘bout to engage in t’ second sweetest sin there is, i think y’ can drop the formalities, B. ❜ he retorted haughtily, grasping the thin hand of temptation without an inkling of desistance on his part. ❛ if y’ start callin me E though, we’re gonna have some fuckin’ problems. ❜ and with that final thought, he let the familiar pull of the apparition wash over his body.

I find your dialogue really funny, but what Evan says quite haunting at times. I don't know how you manage to do it but it's a talent in it's own right.

evan is the only death eater on my dash at the moment (for a very long time actually) who actually would scare my character. you've taken a character that lacks a lot of background information and fleshed him out. i appreciate that you don't try and get people to sympathise with death eaters and portray them as a good guy. all in all a great character! i'm glad you're back.

she’s right. soon enough, everybody they know will be nothing more than a corpse, ashes if that’s the way they want to go. if the war doesn’t get them, time most certainly will, and nobody can prevent that. no matter how hard you try to avoid it. but who is to say he, who is scared of neither or, can’t quicken the process along ? ❛ some sooner rather than later, ❜ he laughed, gleefully, ❛ did y’ think spouting that philosophical shit would mess with my mind ? cause it DIDN’T. ❜ evan doesn’t know why he cornered evans here of all places, a little side alley on the outskirts of diagon alley, wand pressed against the column of her neck. somebody’s bound to see them, peers, the law enforcement, whoever notices first. evan can’t do anything to her - that right isn’t reserved for you his rational mind s c r e a m s at him - but right now he’s nothing of the rational sort. if there’s ever a time evan would want to knock himself black-out unconscious, it’s now more than ever, sitting in care of magical creatures ( alone, already a painful enough experience ) whilst forced to sit and share the same air as the gryffindors. the black lake seems like an endless abyss of nothingness, no ripples on the water, no signs of life. but due to his experience not only 10 minutes ago, he knows that not to be the case. ❛ wouldn’t you be startled if a hoard of mokes came out of the lake and started draggin’ you into the water by y’ ankles ? ❜ an answer directed sharply to his allocated care of magical creatures partner, pevensie. he wants to grumble further, ask why the creatures seemed to feed off of his irritation, why they left her alone but not HIM. but he’s never been an astute student when it came to subjects which required patience and care, so he doesn’t quite know why it garnered the response it did out of him. because evan rosier couldn’t be EMBARRASSED, no. nobody here is worth getting embarrassed in front of. ❛ anyways, shouldn’t you be doin’ some sort of d e t a i l e d sketch of that bloody thing ? if we were paired here jus’ to talk, i would’ve GLADLY let them drown me. ❜
