"Hi?" Ryan spoke cautiously to the stranger. "I’m sorry did I interrupt you? I was just looking for something to do," He eyed the girl up and down before shooting her a small smile. "I’m Ryan, by the way,"

Eva shook her head. “No, no, you didn’t interrupt.” In fact, something to do sounded great. A distraction. Maybe that’d help. She made herself place her normal bright smile on her face. “Eva. Nice to meet you.”

  "Hi Eva. So... is there anything to do around here? I really hate being bored and well I haven't been here long so I was wondering if you could suggest anything.." He trailed away as he realised he'd been rambling.

Ryan was bored. He’d been sitting in his room for the past half hour doing absolutely nothing. Sighing, he stood up and wandered out in to the hall. There must be something good to do here.

Ryan was bored. He'd been sitting in his room for the past half hour doing absolutely nothing. Sighing, he stood up and wandered out in to the hall. There must be something good to do here.

Ryan frowned briefly, noting his hesitation. “What’s wrong with your hand? If you don’t mind me asking of course. I really don’t mind teaching you, it’d be fun!”

"Oh I'm sorry," Ryan shot a reassuring smile at Shiloh, trying to get the message across that he wasn't going to freak out over his syndrome. "How are you getting along at the hospital? I've been here a little over a day and it seems a tad lonely,"

Ryan chuckled quietly, “Sure!” He picked up an acoustic guitar and settled in to his seat, strumming a few chords for a quick warm up before launching in to Fall Out Boys, What A Catch, Donnie. He seemed to lose himself in the music, fingers moved easily over the fretboard, as...

Ryan frowned briefly, noting his hesitation. "What's wrong with your hand? If you don't mind me asking of course. I really don't mind teaching you, it'd be fun!"

"Yeah I play a little guitar. It’s one of my favorite things to do. What about you? Do you play anything?" Ryan desperately wanted to have a normal conversation. Shiloh looked so nice and Ryan just wanted a friend.

Ryan chuckled quietly, "Sure!" He picked up an acoustic guitar and settled in to his seat, strumming a few chords for a quick warm up before launching in to Fall Out Boys, What A Catch, Donnie. He seemed to lose himself in the music, fingers moved easily over the fretboard, as though he'd been doing it all his life. Eventually he looked up at Shiloh's awed face and smiled carefully, thinking how to word the next question. "I could teach you if you want?"

Ryan smiled warmly, hoping Shiloh would relax a little. “Hi Shiloh, I’m Ryan,”

Shiloh slowly began to shake off his jitters. “Ryan? Nice name…” Shiloh couldn’t think of anything else to say. What was left? Should he compliment the guy? That seemed to work out nicely with Shane, but what if Ryan found it strange because all in all it was awkward. Shane just embraced it. “You like music?” he asked gesturing to the instruments around them. “Do you play anything?”

A sigh of relief left the boy as he was told this good news. “Me? No. Well, they think I might be but I’m not… I just can’t control… Parts of me. I’m Shiloh…”

Ryan smiled warmly, hoping Shiloh would relax a little. "Hi Shiloh, I'm Ryan,"

"I guess not… I mean like… Are you… Are you dangerous?" That wasn’t a very polite thing to ask somebody but Shiloh was still learning social skills.

"Dangerous?" Ryan echoed in bewilderment. "No, no I'm not dangerous. Are you?"

Shiloh felt his cheeks warm up, indicating that he was blushing. A simple mistake but Shiloh clearly felt like an idiot. “Oh no… I um I’m fine. I just… Um, what level are you? You’re not a three are you?”

Ryan tilted his head to side in confusion "A level three?" What was that supposed to mean?

A faint sound came from the corner of the room. “Hello?” Ryan called curiously, his eyes looking round the room anxiously. He could just make out the faint shape of a person behind the curtains. “Come out please?”

Fuck. How could he have known? He thought he had been silent....

Ryan studied the stranger curiously. "No," he replied "I'm a patient. Why? Are you looking for a doctor? Is everything ok?"

Jay smiled. “Need help finding something?” he asked. “I’ve been here a couple weeks I’m sure I can show you were to go. “

Ryan nodded "I have no idea where my room is. Could you show me?"

Ryan was hopelessly lost. He pushed open another door, hoping desperately to find his room. Instead this set of doors led to a huge ballroom. The decor was one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen. A gorgeous marble fireplace and sparkling chandeliers hung above him. As...

Still stumbling through the halls, searching fruitlessly for his room, Ryan was beginning to feel fed up. After his encounter in the ballroom, he wanted to sit alone for a little while and comtemplate his next move - if only he could actually find his room. Ryan pushed open the...

A faint sound came from the corner of the room. "Hello?" Ryan called curiously, his eyes looking round the room anxiously. He could just make out the faint shape of a person behind the curtains. "Come out please?"

Still stumbling through the halls, searching fruitlessly for his room, Ryan was beginning to feel fed up. After his encounter in the ballroom, he wanted to sit alone for a little while and comtemplate his next move - if only he could actually find his room. Ryan pushed open the door to another room, staring at it's contents. Instruments and various pieces of furniture filled the room. A faint smile crossed Ryan's lips, this hadn't been what he'd been searching for, but it was definitely the best thing he'd seen all day.

Ryan was surprised he hadn't noticed her until now. He listened to her sing, laughing at some of the lyrics. Eventually her little performance ended and he coughed to get her attention.

Ryan was hopelessly lost. He pushed open another door, hoping desperately to find his room. Instead this set of doors led to a huge ballroom. The decor was one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen. A gorgeous marble fireplace and sparkling chandeliers hung above him. As amazing as the room was, this still wasn't the place Ryan was supposed to be. Swearing as he set his bag down, he checked the time. Being lost really did suck.
