it was clear how hot - blooded the ionian woman was , and it reminded sarah of how she once used to be . having lost so much as a child , she grew up to become a woman with a lot of anger towards those that did any harm to her . noxian soldiers always eyed her , and wanted something more with her but she turned them away and their way of handling rejection was a slap to the face . not only that , they were once associated with gangplank and it is her duty to purge runeterra of anyone who still follows behind that bastard`s “ legend “ .

                    ❛    i understand being so gung - ho about this , but you must not let personal feelings get in the way … at least not yet . this needs preparation , and you still have to get the okay from your people on this idea . not so sure working with me will make them happy , but i`m a better shot than if you were to ask a demacian .    ❜

a little bit of shade was thrown , but it`s not uncommon from someone like sarah fortune . she has learned that she must do things her own way to get what she wants , and it has worked out nine out of ten times . the success rate of her using her power is higher than gangplank`s , and she managed to have bilgewater fear her for her accuracy when it comes to killing someone point blank with her pistols . sarah will help out akali , but the woman does not know she plans to leave her behind as she takes out jericho for allowing gangplank to get away with the leviathan . a ship that has not been seen since she killed the man .

     Young, hot blooded, anime protagonist , Akali was all that.  Runeterra did      have it’s fair share of sob stories, but that didn’t make it a competition.      Everyone was entitled to their anger, their feelings, in Akali’s situation, it      was all of the above and more.  More that meant revenge; towards the      Order of Shadow, and Noxians; that meant frustration, towards the Kinkou,      towards Shen.  Akali had all these pent up feelings and reasons, and she      needed peace. 

    “ Not yet . . . “ she repeated before relaxing her shoulders, “ And yeah, yeah I      will, don’t worry, they will be.  And Demacians ? Furyhorns do more than them . “

     Akali was definitely going up the ladder in her plan, and she did have contingencies      in place if things were to go sour.  But as Sarah had said, planning everything      out and getting everything in order was first priority.  To have a one hundred      percent success rate was gonna be difficult, however planning, maybe even      months of planning was required.  Akali didn’t wanna take any chances.

     It wasn’t often that he stumbled upon her path.  So he must have needed      something to have come all the way to her new stomping grounds in      Shon-Xan.  Yeah they’d only met a couple times before, but . . . from what      she knew, Akali knew that Yasuo was someone she could trust.  And so,      slender digits removed her face mask before a smile was flashed before her      ponytail twin. 

     “ So, whatcha need? Someone dead ? “

She was there; her eyes giving it away ( He could swear they were lighter before ). She was much younger then. Now she’s gone rogue by the looks. No Kinkou would dare stray this far from their temple. 

                                    “ Speak . “ 

Such hostility, already. Or maybe it was mere curiosity, as to why he was there, seeking her out. “There’s no need for that, Akali.” He states, mimicking her posture. “I am not here to feed your blood to the grass. I only come with a question, if you’d be so gracious to answer.” He begins to pace around the other, his scarlet hues never straying from Akali’s position. One misstep and she attacks, Crux would need his blades immediately at the ready.

                                      “Why?”

     Why?

     Why he asks, when her world was ripped from her.  Her home, her family, her       friends.  Why he asks, when her world was ripped from her by the likes of him,       and his god forsaken master.  

     She wasn’t stupid, she saw him getting ready for an attack from her, pacing,       looking; for an opening, anything.  Slender digits slithered their way into her       sack, immediately gripping their target if needed; her smoke bombs.  Her       gaze stayed trained on the acolyte, piercing. 

     “ Well why not, yknow ? “

     Akali was no stranger to Vastayans, yes they stayed within their forests and      own communities; however there’d been few that had been part of the old Kinkou.       However since striking out on her own, Akali hadn’t had much contact with her      old friends whom were so in tune with the First Lands.  

     Seeing her, seeing Xayah was surprising to say the least.  The only reason Akali      had gone to the forest market instead of her usual, was to avoid the chance of      contact with any she might have known.  However Xayah was an exception,      seeing as a) their shared grudge against Zed and b) it was probably Xayah’s own      local market. 

     “ Woah, uh, well I didn’t expect to see you here , “ Akali stated before she pulled      down her mask and offered the other a smile.

     Was this person a . . . Freljordian ? They certainly seemed to fit the part,      but something was off.  Akali sensed that the power that coursed through      the man’s veins was something much more mythical, and ancient in      comparison to a typical Freljordian.  There was just something different      about him, and Akali’s first instinct was to simply approach with caution. 

    “ Excuse me sir, do you perhaps need assistance with something ? “

     The only thing similar about the two was the fact that they both had      deferred from the Kinkou.  Even though there was a technical ceasefire      within the differing factions of Ionia, that didn’t mean that Akali didn’t      feel it in her chest.  That she didn’t feel the pure thirst for revenge      towards the Order of Shadow, towards Zed.  

     So why were the two face to face now?  He dare show his face to her      after killing all of his fellow Kinkou members? After killing her father?       It had been so many years and yet, forgiveness would never be offered      towards the traitor.  Slowly positioning her body away from the other,      Akali’s right hand started to slowly gravitate towards her kunai within her bag.

     “ Say what you want, then leave . “

     Other than Zed & Kayn, there was another member of the Order of Shadow      whose name was feared.  Crux.  From the information that Akali knew about      the other; he was a fellow assassin.  A fellow talented assassin.

     It was true that tensions between the Order of Shadow and the Kinkou were      at a standstill, but Akali was on her own.  Her own path, her own grudge to      handle; whether that be through resolution or revenge.  

     And so, with the other now standing within her presence ( for god knows why );      Akali couldn’t help but cross her arms and sneer at the other. 

     “ Speak. “

a brow cocked as the other spoke of their plan . while sarah wasn`t against it , she doesn`t think having her men be some sort of distraction would be a good idea . from past experiences , her and her crew are known to be quite aggressive and would rather get things done right away than to strategically plan things out . sure , it`s basically them throwing their life every time they fight but it catches everyone by surprise because no one expects to be rushed in like how her and her crew have done it .

but if there`s anything sarah knew how to do well , it was grab the attention of the second in command . darius . `course , that`s only if they all make it out alive after dealing with the Du’Couteau`s . this plan needs to fully be examined as there are so many obstacles in the way . sarah , surprisingly , knows the ins and outs to noxus . something the ionian woman is not seeing is that there are so many groups that need to be eliminated before they are even able to reach the grand general . the du couteau`s , the black rose , and the war brothers known as darius and draven .

                    ❛    yeah , that sounds like a great plan on the spot but it`s not going to work . here`s what we`re going to do … my men will take care of the du couteau`s . those are katarina , talon , and Cassiopeia . i , myself , will take care of the black rose … her name is Leblanc . you and your select few will deal with the brothers then we`ll meet up to take down the giant “ body guard “ . got it ?    ❜

     Okay, so maybe Akali wasn’t the greatest at explaining things.  That, and her      thirst for revenge coupled together into somewhat of a blindness that affected      the assassin like a festering blight.  Crimson orbs blinked before re-positioning      themselves back towards the Captain’s, a new calmness caressed her gaze      towards the other.  Her emotions were what drove her, they were just as much      a weapon as they were a liability.  It was imperative for the assassin to get them      in check.

    “ You are absolutely right.  I’m sorry, I just . . . I’ve lost too much and I didn’t      think about the lackeys.  And so, with this I am at your command, Captain Fortune. “

    Throughout the war, Ionia was on the defensive so no one thought about setting      up a counter attack, less foot within the superpower of the oppressor.  Ionia      herself, the land, the people, the Vastayans, the Kinkou, the Order of Shadow;      they were all the nation had, and it was barely enough.  This was why Akali needed      Miss Fortune, someone who knew and also traded blows with Noxus.
