I didn't want to clutter my main blog with Digimon stuff, so I made this shrine dedicated to Dorumon and Ryudamon. If it wasn't obvious enough: I really love Dorumon and Ryudamon.

I got inspired to draw Digimon again.

Dorumon has been sitting on the table for a long time, but I haven't had a proper idea, I've redone the poses many times when I wasn't happy with anything.

But here we are. I'm very happy with this drawing.

DORUmon is DORU-DONE!!!

I'm so pleased with how he turned out. He stands about 50cm tall which isn't "lifesize" but sure does feel it.

I'm a mad lad and didn't prototype this (or this is the prototype) but I made a few adjustments to the pattern as I went along and I'd really like to make another one to see how it'd turn out next time...

Is a Dorumon something people would be interested in purchasing? I'd probably only make one more.

I love cycles like these! Having three iconic rookies that are solidly in the different colors. Great way to show off what the color is about.

When are we getting these in English? I buy booster boxes and starter/advanced decks, so some of the promos (or LM cards, in this case) fly under my radar.
