Hi babes. I don’t personally ever schedule sugar dates for Saturdays - they’re for me, my hobbies, my friends, and just me. However, here is a checklist to keep your affairs in order for the upcoming week ☺️
Recenter Yourself - spend time with yourself, whether that’s going for a stroll or reading a book
Reconnect - spend time with your friends. Partake in group activities that connect you with a lot of people. But also, don’t forget to occasionally schedule some one-on-one time with a good friend, especially one you don’t see very often or that you have been missing lately
Beauty Maintenance: Face mask/hair mask - all that styling requires specific attention to make sure you’re treating yourself right
Workout - never take a weekend day off… you’re at your highest energy with the most free time, so schedule your rest days for during the week
Eat right - on weekends, unless you’re out at restaurant with friends you need to make sure you’re eating clean. Save your junk food for week days when you’re in a rush, spend the time and effort to make healthy veggie-oriented meals on weekends
Hair removal - either do it now, or have all necessary waxes scheduled appropriately
Schedule For Upcoming Week:
Plan each evening’s dates - I typically reserve 3 evenings for sugaring, and the remaining two week nights for myself. I try to play one friend-based event for the two nights and the other I’ll stay in and get homework/pampering done 🥰
Schedule POT Lunch date - try to do one a week… keeps you focused and developing new leads incase one of your current SDs starts to back out
Schedule future workouts - sign up for all the classes you want to do this upcoming week
Schedule Beauty Treatments - align your beauty routine, hair, nails, etc. that you get done professionally with your activities. Schedule your hair for post workouts, but for before important events. You should really see your entire week coming together smoothly at this point.
Meal prep - I don’t personally, but hey, some people are into it? What I do is I make sure I have enough healthy options that will take me through the week: vegan protein powders, fresh fruits, pre-cut veggies for snacking, and protein bars.
In general, Saturday and the weekend is a great opportunity to reset yourself but to also look ahead. Make sure you’re scheduling and stay organized - sugaring is a lot of work and you need to balance all other aspects of your life too. Scheduling will keep you happier while also boosting your performance in various areas of your life ❤️
