Rolling her eyes, Jasmine stormed out of her apartment complex almost seconds away from getting violent with her landlord. In her days absence, he was ready to put up her place for rent without her notification. While going in civilized was her mission, everything escalated a little too quickly for Jasmine’s liking. Nevertheless, she kept her place and everyone’s face ad dignity in tact.
Her destination was simple: Expresso Yourself. It was her safe haven away from the stresses of her personal life, even with ignorant customers and conversations she could care less for.
She sighed to herself as she walked down the pavement, close behind a man that seemed to be moving slower then usual. Just as she were about to work the nerve to tell him off, he came collapsing to the floor- his body limp with no signs of consciousness. Biting her bottom lip, Jasmine looked up the street, with the sign of the cafe blaring not too far off.
With a bit of convincing, Jasmine managed together a group of people and had the man carried inside the cafe. She had them gently seat him in one of the booths before running a warm cloth on his head as she sat a warm sandwich in front of him.
"Hey..at least grunt if you can hear me."
Seth stirred and looked around. He stared at the woman blankly for a few minutes and then shook his head lightly. He was still dizzy, wondering why the room looked so funny, and trying to determine if home was a possible goal. He focused on the woman a moment later, big eyes hazy. "Who...'re you?"
