My main was originally sodapop-hospice and my side acc was hospice-tcg. They’ve since been hacked and I’ve decided to start over here. I can’t get the old accounts back, so any attempts from them to contact you are NOT ME. Okay? Okay.

With that out of the way, hi! It’s me, Saoirse (seer-shuh), the bitch in charge of homing the Cruft Venus Council!

Most people recognize either Lotion, Nausea, or Spry, so here they are to remind everyone who I am! Hopefully I’ll be able to reshare my work here so it’s not all lost to my old acc.

Shiny hunting is one of the most boring hobbies to talk about. Because my friends will be like “hey Saoirse what have you been up to”

-and I have to be like “obsessively reloading an area in a video game until my Blorbo of The Week is yellow. It’s been five hours. He’s not yellow yet 💔💔💔”.

Days later I frantically text them like HE’S YELLOW NOW I FOUND HIM BUT PISS COLOR. EVERYONE CLAP.

Magmar is lacking in a name, but I’ve been heavily considering Beavis. He’s my very first deliberately hunted shiny I got!

Chatot was my second ever successful hunt!

And Magneton was traded to me. I adore steel types 💖💖💖💖

Oh and there’s Beedrill. I uh. Almost stepped on her while running away from a Garbodor. She was a Weedle at the time…I genuinely don’t think I could step on her in her current state if I tried.

idk how to explain it but im never truly comfortable with the way people insinuate that all older folks are inherently bigoted. it always feels like it kind of hand-waves away personal responsibility like ohhhh grandpa cant help homophobic, hes old. well ive met plenty of older folks who are normal about gay people. i think grandpa could be better. i think we should hold grandpa to higher standards.

Exactly. My job’s almost strictly populated by people over the age of 50. They’ve all been completely normal about me. One of them even had the learned behavior of asking for pronouns when she was unsure what mine were.

It’s never an age issue. It’s a refusing to learn and change issue.
