I see Rodney as a pretty chill guy. As long as you plan to deal with his artsy bullshit? Then he's all yours. Butchie is another Bill, only he proactive and smart enough to be a relatively successful scumbag. He exploits Pete and will discard him when he's no longer useful. More than that I don't know. Characters that appear in a few panels only get bullet point personalities/BGs.
