Sam and Gabe are undercover, right?
Theyāre on a cruise ship (thereās a kraken or mermaid or something targeting cruise ships?)
And they have to pretend to be a couple because the only cruise in the area that was available was a couples only one so they figured they could just pretend and it would be fine
And itās all fun and games until theyāre on the deck one night and a Newly-Wed style quiz game starts and their names happen to get called to participate
And theyāre panicking because they canāt blow their cover and get kicked off, they havenāt even found the monster yet
So they have to say yes and Gabrielās all smiles and jokes on stage but Sam has to go first so Gabriel leaves and Samās nervous and alone now in front of all these people and heās wishing Gabriel was back already
And the host asks the first question and itās Gabrielās favorite food which he knows is candy, and the audience laughs at his fast response and Samās kind of embarrassed but glad he knew the answer unlike the guy on the end who blurtedĀ āwaterā
The next question is whatās their favorite animal and Sam isnāt sure at first but then he laughs and says moose since he knows Gabriel will make that joke too
And Sam has to explain his response since itās not a typical favorite animal so he does and the audience is equal parts laughter and awe at the pair of them with their height differences and their adorable pet names
Samās all WTF?!? these are all easy and he breezes through the rest of the quiz until Gabe comes back and they have reveal their answers
And Gabeās nudging Sam, all smiley and dimpled and Samās likeĀ āomg why havenāt I seen this beforeā while theyāre on stage
And Gabe keeps telling little stories about them that arenāt even lies and heās looking at Sam with sparkles in his eyes like heās thinking the same thing
Surprise, surprise Sam and Gabe get a perfect score in the end and they beat everyone else by a landslide
Yes, even the old couple celebrating their 50th anniversary
Gabeās all āSuck it Tina and Roryā in Samās ear and theyāre laughing and the audience just thinks theyāre the cutest couple
And Gabeās pressing a kiss to Samās cheek in celebration
And Sam turns his head and kisses him for real in front of everyone and has to force himself to pull away
And they win the honeymoon suite as a prize and somehow itās not uncomfortable when they fall into the heart-shaped bed that night
And Gabe looks over and heās allĀ āhey maybe we should do this for real?ā
