First it was Eileen. When they heard someone had been attacked by what the authorities said that were “werewolves.” And then when he saw her. He knew that it wasn’t Werewolves that had killed her. It was Hellhounds. She had sent them a letter asking him and Dean if she could stay with them because she was scared that she was being watched.
“Can I stay with you guys for a while? I think I’m being watched.”
Next was Gabriel. He thought the Archangel was dead before but when Ketch had brought him back to the bunker, he was surprised to see him alive. Sam stayed with Gabriel, his patience never thinning. Finally he had gotten to Gabriel when he told him he needed him and then when they went to the Alternate world and Gabriel told them to go, that he was done running.
“Go! I’ll buy you time!”
And lastly, Rowena. She told him that he had to kill her. He didn’t want to kill her. He couldn’t but she pulled him in for a hug and made him stab her. He thought about how he knew her for five years and how they both knew what it was like to be tortured by Lucifer. They shared that trauma. Before she was trying to kill him and now she’s asking him to kill her.
“That’s my boy.”
