My friend commissioned me to design a phantom thief outfit and a persona for his OC. It was honestly fun doing research for this c:

Persona: Felix

Persona background: Felix is part of a group of thieves known for ambushing the carriages of rich folk. He would use a pepper blower to disorientate and blind horses. Felix's life would change the moment he met a young orphaned girl.
