There are different types of binges. For instance the kind where you realize what you've done while you're eating or right after, vs the kind where youre mysteriously calm and uncaring for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden it's like you remember what you ate and you realize you have a physical form and that food is now inside of you turning to fat and your entire soul just goes "oh, fuck."
