I don’t understand what MGTOW even want. I’ve been on countless forums and watched countless of their videos, and they are all confusing.

They want a woman to stay home and be a housewife, but then call her a gold digger. They then attack working women for being too independent, “masculine”, and “materialistic.”

What the hell do you want? If you want a housewife, specifically an uneducated housewife as many claim, then how can you complain about her being a gold digger? She can’t work, of course she would have to rely on you for money.

If you want a woman who works, how can you complain when she splits the chores or child care 50/50. She can’t work full time and do everything in the house.

I’ve been listening to this “romance between the pages” podcast where romance authors interview other romance authors (overwhelmingly women) and I’ve noticed a trend that makes me Ben-afleck-smoking-jpeg

I’ve listened to 50+ interviews, and these are extremely successful authors who have written dozens of books and are making absolute bank for their families, and this is always, always the same in every interview:

Pro choicers argument about holding a baby in one hand and a clump of cells in the other is absolute horseshit.

First off, how are you going to question someone’s morals while holding a baby over a pit of lava? What kind of insane person holds a baby over a pit of lava?

Under what circumstances in the REAL world would this ever exist? I’ve never turned on the news and heard about a hostage situation where someone was holding a baby in one hand and a slide of cells in the other and telling a mother to choose one.

Plus, choosing one over the other doesn’t take away the other’s humanity. If someone (in this oddly unrealistic never-going-to-happen hypothetical situation) told me to choose between my mother (who cared for me my entire life) and a criminal who was caught stealing from a rich person, I would choose to save my mother. That doesn’t mean the criminal is any less human.

So some dumbass tried replying to my post about wearing a bra and made some really bad arguments. Since I’m unable to reblog the response, here it goes:

A: They said something about how wearing a bra supposedly increases a woman’s risk of breast cancer to the max.

R: This is based on horribly done studies and in no way correct. We know this to be incorrect because there are plenty of countries wear women frequently wear bras and have a very low risk of breast cancer.

A: Something about how breasts are a natural part of the female body and should not be considered gross.

R: Yes, they are a natural part. So is a man’s penis. Yet I do not want to see a man’s penis in public, nor do I want to see parts of his penis showing beneath his clothes. Also, had I done a post telling guys to not have their dicks showing, you would not have responded.

I’ve grown up to be very careful with the women I date. I’ve seen what the men in my life have been through and how they’ve had to deal with some of the shittiest flaws in women.

For example, my brother is in a relationship with a black woman. I’d like to find me one as well (they’re kinda winning), but you have to be careful.

A lot of black women believe in the whole “white privilege” and I think it’s crazy. I mean, my brother works 2 jobs just to pay all the bills. He barely gets enough sleep a week and has had so many work injuries. He grew up the exact same way that I did, poor and having to struggle in life.

Yet, his girlfriend believes in “white privilege”. She takes care of him here and there but he mostly spoils her. Constantly buys her new stuff. Constantly takes her out to eat. She’s used to having a dad who’s well off do that for her so she expects my brother to do it as well.

In other words, my brother works his ass off for a woman who’s been spoiled her entire life, and then gets told that he’s somehow privileged and doesn’t have to work for anything.

There’s no way that I can go through that. I refuse to work my ass off for a woman and then be told I don’t have to work for anything in life.

Respectfully, this is a bit of a dramatic response. I was circumcised as a baby and it didn’t do me any harm. It may well have hurt like hell then, but I can’t remember it so I don’t really have any reason to care whether it was a horrible experience or not. There’s not really any lasting damage, anyway, other than at least now I don’t have genitals that strongly resemble an uncooked sausage. And it’s easy to keep clean. Don’t even really need to touch it (my older sister once pointed out that a guy cleaning his uncircumcised genitals looks like masturbation). Plus I don’t have to deal with the increased sensitivity. At your age, if you had your foreskin removed, it would have been a consensual decision that you made yourself and you probably would’ve only felt a pinch and that would’ve been it.

There’s an 18% risk of breast cancer among women, and that number is growing more every year. That’s an 18% risk, roughly 3-4 times higher than anything that would happen to the foreskin. By your logic, we should remove little girls’ breast buds from birth. We should do it at birth so they don’t remember the procedure later on in life and recovery would be easier. If we remove their breast buds, we dramatically reduce their risk of ever getting breast cancer, thus saving thousands of lives.

Yet, that’s not nearly enough to justify such a procedure, even with the cancer being 3-4 times a risk higher than anything that would happen to the foreskin. If you were to ever suggest doing that, people would go crazy. Hell, even today, if you suggest that women get a mastectomy to reduce their risk of breast cancer, it still sounds misogynistic and most people would get outright offended by it.

Face it, no one is ever pro circumcision because of the “health benefits”. They are pro circumcision because they were taught it was okay and acceptable behavior.
