You need to be hungry for your change, to want it so much so it consumes you, you see when you close your eyes, when you wake up, you’re thinking about it non-stop, you’re taking as much action daily as possible. This is how you move the fucking needle. This is how you change your fucking life. It’s not gonna happen with this 20% energy to move forward. This hoping and wishing while doing the bare minimum. The bare minimum will keep you stuck, broke and unhappy. I want you to want better for your life and actually do something about it, but only this can come from you, from within. From a deep place of saying ‘I deserve better, I want more’. Maybe you lost your spark, maybe you thought ‘this is as good as it’s gonna get and it’s nice to hope and dream’. Scrap that thinking and go grab those dreams by the balls. Start with momentum. 30 mins per day, work your way up. Write the goals and dreams down, feed your dreams daily with your energy, with your hope, your actions and your belief. Because it can get better, and will get better, but you got to get so much more hungry for change.

If you keep consuming content and environments that don’t match who you actually want to become, it creates tension inside of you. You’re telling yourself you want one kind of life but every day you’re feeding your brain something different. That mismatch can make you feel off. Sad. Lost. Like you’re not moving forward, even if you can’t explain why. Articles on social comparison and emotional contagion show that what we regularly see and surround ourselves with affects our mood, our self esteem, and overall mental health. Your brain adapts to what it’s exposed to. So if your environment, even your digital one, doesn’t reflect where you want to go, it can pull your energy in the opposite direction

It was never about him liking you, nothing is ever about him liking you it’s about whether or not he likes himself, is functional or dysfunctional in his behaviors, and if he’s levelheaded and has the ability to be proactive. But… a lot of us aren’t ready for that conversation yet.
