Makeup tips I wish I knew sooner.
Hey guys! 🧡 So you all know that I’m not a makeup expert , But I wanted to share some things that I wish I knew earlier on in my “Makeup Career”. As many of you know I didn’t start wearing makeup until I was 18 and now at 22 I still have a hard time understanding the concept of it all but Ive come a long way.
1.) Cleaning Up Eyeliner With Concealer.
Cleaning up your eyeliner with concealer makes a huge difference , as it makes your eyeliner appear so much more sharp and precise.
2.)Placing Contour Above Your Cheekbone.
Its good to place your contour above your cheekbones because when you start blending product will drag down.
I was under the impression that I didnt need to use a primer because I dont use foundation which is not true at all. Primer is important because it smoothes your skin and it acts like a base making your skin more smooth and even. Since I put makeup other than foundation on, its important that I have good foundation for my makeup to stick to. Its also makes my makeup last longer.
4.) Using Cream Products.
I prefer cream to powder products. Creams tend to stay on longer and also they tend to blend a lot easier.
5.) Concealing My Eyelids.
This is something that I just recently started doing and it makes a hell of a difference. It makes me look more awake and put together. I used to only put my concealer underneath my eyes to cover my dark circles but now Conceal both my upper eyelids and under eyes.
I know that you guys probably know all these tricks because in reality you guys are smarter and better than me. :) but i thought if you are beginner then this will be helpful for you. Love you guys alot.
