Summer is coming, to ab cutting start karni padegi. 😎💪 Sab calories ka khel hai: calorie deficit ,calorie surplus and maintaince calorie, progressive overload in terms ko Google karlo. Current routine: i've been following intermitten fasting since 2-3 years: -Afternoon around 1 pm i eat: 4 rotis with jo bhi ghar pe bana ho. Agar gym Jane se phele i feel low energy or hungry: A light snack of dry fruit or banana or any kind of fruit -After gym in the evening, cold🥶 shower ke baad,nephew ke sath reading session or uske baad dinner: 2 rotis with jo bhi ghar pe bana ho, Ton of daliya(literally bahut sara it takes me 20-30 minutes to finsih it😖), 1 big spoon peanut butter(time waste nahi karta apun, bread pe laga ke🤷🏾♂️) 2 spoon of protienx with 1 glass water (mix karo or gat gat karke pi jao😌,ye recently start Kiya hai). Jyda fancy diet follow karne ka koi fayda nahi hai, sustain hi nahi ho payegi🤷🏾♂️. If you read this far thanks for coming to my nakli Ted talk😂.
