Water intake 👎 Stress snacking 👎 Daily walks 👎 Even my #momgame 👎 Anyone else? ⛈⛈⛈ With this constant homeschooling, house cleaning, no working, busy busy busy indoors life I can feel myself bottoming out. Slipping back into that #seasonalaffective, dark, little hobbit hole space where I pull away from everyone, stroke the Lying Cat (#depressionlies!), and zone out. But no more! It has been a LONG Winter, I am done. ⛈⛈⛈ This week's goals: 🌤 go on a walk with the kids every day 🌤 drink 96 oz water/day 🌤 track my food - no shame, just trac 🌤 at least ONE blue dot this week 🤦♀️ #ww 🌤 journal/list during kids' free writing time 🌤 do something JUST for me EVERY DAY 🌤 do something fun for the family (3x/week) 🌤 do something for Cam 🌤 continue to do neighborhood signs with the kids (2-3x/week) 🌤 make dinner and continue involving the kids (5x/week) 🌤 go on a walk with Cam every evening ⛈⛈⛈ It's a lot, but a lot of little things.
