I think someone in the Miraculous world once thought that Chat Noir was a magic cat that could shape-shift between being a cat and being a human just so he could use the Miraculous.
Queen of Dreadzone sucked
I already blew off steam and ranted plenty after watching it, and to summarise..
This is Derision levels of hypocrisy - being an abuse victim is no excuse for bullying, but stalking and obsessiveness are excused by trauma; refusing to let go and move one from your old enemies is petty and a sign of a weak, angry person, but the shows creator can dedicate at least one episode per shows season, to shit on his least favourite character and target a fanbase surrounding her FOR YEARS after her character assassination in canon
I liked Sabrina confronting her abuser and moving on, but it had to be ruined by Marinettes edgy aah laughter and corny zingers in response - you’re NOT taugh, lil bro😭✌️
You could physically see the writing quality taking a deep for this particular episode, which happens every time Thomas pushes his own agenda no matter what
This is JUST a season 5 Chloe ark rehash - this episode serves NO PURPOSE outside those few Lila and Noe involving scenes
Im not even that huge of a fan of Chloe, but this pettiness makes me want to be one with intensity out of pure spite. You’ll never make me hate her, Astruc - how about you touch some grass instead of arguing with your fanbase on Twitter 24/7
You know, it hadn't even fully occurred to me until Queen of the Dreadzone JUST HOW horrific and insidious a situation Chloé has been put in this season.
Seeing both Audrey and Noé encourage her to be worse just kind of expands and deepens what we've known since season 2, sure. And it was obvious they were setting her up to replace Adrien as an icon, but. MAN...
Making her an influencer. Her now being very nearly THE most followed influencer on the internet. While also being isolated from any real human connection and encouraged to sabotage any attempt to reach her.
She's always craved validation, and now she can get it from a Like count. She just films herself being awful and gets to feel increasingly rewarded for it, and mommy dearest approves and big brother says it's so useful. Why would she need anyone else? People love her. The numbers say so. The guys paid to say yes to her every whim including constantly changing their names say so. The only family she's still in contact with say so and they love her too, don't they? Mom rarely yells at her and supports her now, isn't that what love is?
Her life is perfect. What could possibly be wrong? :) Why would she ever want it to change?
And if those numbers ever fall and she stops being so useful or they find a better plan, then— Well. Then. Surely she'd just... need to try harder... right? They love her! Her followers LOVE her! They wouldn't just leave her and move on! ... Right?
They're never gonna acknowledge how awful Audrey and Noe truly are for this in the correct way. They're never gonna say that Audrey and Noe were wrong for exploiting and using Chloe. They're never gonna say that they were wrong for isolating and manipulating Chloe. They're gonna say that Audrey and Noe were wrong for wanting to inspire evil in people, but never that they abused and exploited Chloe.

obliterate the concept of "spoiling" a child. excise it from your lexicon like a cancer. that is some "the opposite of sin is suffering" Puritan ass bullshit. it is not possible to ruin a person through an overabundance of kindness.
I think there's some misunderstanding on what the concept of spoiling a child is. Last time I checked, spoiling a child referred to letting a child get away with bad behavior without a singular disciplinary action, or even rewarding a child for said bad behavior. I could be wrong, though.
Tomodachi Life on 3ds was so unhinged. The perfect village for drama !
Tomodachi Life is Madlibs. She didn't know that you can deny them getting together by saying "bad match", doesn't she?
Why are you teal?
Cora is cyan, not teal. She is also a mobian hedgehog.
Why are humans putting protein in everything now? Why not just eat meat?
There could be many reasons as to why more and more people are putting protein into everything instead of just eating meat. 1. Meat allergies. There's a tick that causes meat allergies. 2. Cutting out meat for moral or health reasons. 3. It can be hard to stick meat into certain meals. 4. Mental blocks where certain meats make you want to throw up when you eat them. 5. To take up calories in a food that is not supposed to have meat in it.
I have this old concept of a real-life discrimination allegory, and now with a certain word's usage, I believe it may actually lend itself to being used. The concept is "Organic Supremacy", basically characters that are organic believing themselves to be above a, possibly many, robot and/or ai character, with them facing discrimination because of it. Please don't flame me
don't squeeze him too hard, Eclipse
what are your thoughts on why Black Death didn't attempt surrender?
the bomb was set, Eclipse was beaten and weak
he knew he couldn't defeat Shadow; that's why he made Eclipse in the first place
he fought Shadow to allow enough time for Eclipse and the Dark Arms to escape but what fate did he expect for them? one child and several babies vs a whole planet, including Shadow? all he did was delay the inevitable and prolong their suffering (barring a redemption arc)
when he could've surrendered and saved the rest of the Black Arms too
fighting Shadow was straight up suicidal
"There. I have made my peace."
and I'm just trying to understand why
I'm guessing it's based on the idea of dying with honor by dying in combat. I think. I could be wrong.
that's AI... that's AI of my comfort character...
He got popular enough to have AI art of him? We've hit a milestone. Where was it?
parents have to blame video games and social media because the alternative is admitting they failed as parents and these narcissists aren't going to do that
I grow tired of the lack of personal accountability
ppl who havent seen sonic x dont know that this is from the episode where sonic is invited to a presidential dinner after saving the country and he immediately turns it down cause he made plans to go pick flowers with a 12yo girl so the guy speaking in the meme above sends the entire fucking us army after him and so this blue bastard and the 12yo girl spend the rest of the episode evading the cops, including at one point by power-pushing her wheelchair vertically up a cliffside, and then at the end he shows up to the white house anyway but all the reporters and journalists are too drunk to notice him and also the 12yo girl learns she's an adrenaline junkie
the best episode EVER
That episode somehow seemed realistic with the weird powertripping thing.
In first study of its kind, Cambridge researchers found AI toys could misread some children's emotions.
People being unable to do their fucking jobs as parents is being used to push these overreaching age verification laws btw. Push for this to not be done by the new parents in your life, if you can.
