“you deserve a love that loves you always and not only when it’s convenient”
— believe it
best feeling is when you just naturally click with a person. talking all day, every day, no forceful conversation, laughs, attention
Interesting that I’m crying
Her shoe just right for her got dan feet
You can’t continue to be so hard on yourself. You just can’t.
Your own words hurt, and you know it. You can feel the burn every time you think them. But why? Why does one do this? Why do I? Why do you?
Please try to stop this self neglect. You deserve only the most magnificent love from yourself. You deserve to experience self acceptance. You deserve to feel self respect. You deserve all of this,
But you must first stop being so hard on yourself.

So, I’m going to tag onto this with: Give yourself the empathy you give others.
If you’re anything like me (and it seems like a lot of us on this hellsite are) you deal with some level of anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues. (If you don’t, then I’m so happy for you, and I love you and wish you the best. <3) So when you encounter other people struggling, you cut them slack, you empathize with them, and you’re kind.
But when you have a bad day, you get caught up in “shoulds” (to borrow a word from my therapist) and get down on yourself. (i.e. “I should have done better.” “That shouldn’t have bothered me so much.”) Take yourself out of that by treating yourself like you would a total stranger in your position. What advice would you give a stranger? What kindnesses would you give a friend? How gentle would you be with them? Give yourself that empathy.
It helps so much, friends.
If you ever need that friend to remind you to be kind to yourself, my messages are open.
if you’re ever scared you’re not a good person, remember that bad people don’t care about being better
This is actually very important, so I’m gonna hit that reblog button again
