Soon the pride event will happens in my town. I don't know much about LGBT+ stuff (I'm a bi woman married to a dude, so the most boring nothing-burger on earth) but I saw my fair share of bigots and younger person forced to survive in a cruel and indifferent world. Maybe it's naive but I can't sleep right now and I want to say :
/ Being yourself is not selfish.
/ You don't "waste my time" if you want to "try something" and change you're mind later (or not). Please be my guest. Nobody who takes offense of a new haircut or a girlfriend or whatever deserves your time or your peace of mind.
/ As my grandma said : "Opinions are like assholes, everybody got one." I began to volunteer in a cat shelter recently, and I was amazed of the number of people who had a commentary on this matter while sitting on their ass all day. Whatever you do, even the most nice, harmless stuff, a douchebag will come out of their dumpster to tell you how you shouldnt, how they would do it better, or sooner in life, or whatever. Please let them play with their own turds, their life are miserable anyway.
/ Have fun, please.
