hey there, i saw your cloud from ff7 pixel art get reposted on another tumblr (ipixelart). not sure if you allow reposts, but they didn't credit you or anything, so wanted to let you know. i apologize if i'm overstepping!

I’m absolutely fine with reblogs, but no, they stole it.

The post has the exact same title as a post I made to reddit sharing the same image while the text in the header of the blog looks like search-engine word salad, so I’m pretty sure this is a bot that’s stealing other people’s art for clicks or something.

Getting some practice in on the new style and I’ve been playing waaay too much Wildstar as of late, so yeah. Might have tried to cram a bit too much detail into it, given the size of the image.

Also, give Wildstar a try if you’re at all into MMOs. Game is great and raiding in it has been an absolute blast (by which I mean The Datascape will chew you up and spit out your crumpled body).

Finals are coming to a close. Playing with a new art style (in the form of the sassy character above). I plan to get busy working on this stuff during the break.

Playing around with the design of the main character. Replaced her shoulder-less black sleeves with two normal white sleeves. Haven't posted recently because university has been getting difficult (Signals & Systems 1 will be the death of me). Hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done once midterms are over and spring break starts.

Character portraits for the UI; primarily for combat. I was going for a bit of a tomboyish look, but I'm thinking of making her hair a bit longer later.

Doing some UI work. Also considering changing some of the behavior and mechanics behind basic attacks (right now I just have an arbitrary limit on consecutive hits). The button icons are for the Playstation because I use PS3 controller for testing with my PC. I'll make a set of icons for Xbox controllers later.
