“ Need it.. don't…secret…love..her.. Sam!”
Both boys looked at each other scared and confused, before pulling you out of the chair. You were shaking and barely able to stand, Sam had to hold you so you wouldn't fall and as Colby went to hold you instead, he let go with a soft sigh. No you didn't belong to him, you belonged to his best friend.
It took a few months before the first big argument between you and Colby happened. You were upset that he still didn't confirm to people you were his girlfriend and he didn't show it. And you understood for a while but now it kinda made you sad. Especially with Stas being around Colby a lot and you were getting jealous.
“ It's not that easy!”
“ Why not?! Sam could say he has a girlfriend, do videos with her and you can't?”
“ Because it's different with me, the fan's would go crazy”
“ So what? I don't give a fuck about what they think I want to proudly say you're mine and I'm yours.”
That was the basics of the argument with little things just adding to it. After a lot of screaming and crying you walked out of the house, you needed to be alone.
When you came back to the house you went upstairs,but instead of going left to Colby's room you went right, knocking on the door before opening it.
Colby knew that having an attachment shouldn't be something to be happy about and yet he was. He wanted to find out more about you. He was researching anything he could about you and asked you more specific questions when you appeared on their investigations.
Eventually he was able to find out where you were buried and went there with Sam as his support of course. They found your grave that had flowers next to it and a photo of you that was taken shortly before you died.
Colby couldn't stop looking at you.
“ She was so young and so pretty..she had a life in front of her”
he was devastated about your death even though he personally never met you. But the stuff he found out while talking to you with the equipment was enough for him to like you.
Another haunted place Colby seeked out you specifically, when they were doing the Estes method.
“ Y/n I know you're with us again, I know what happened to you was not fair and horrible and as much as I like having you around. You can leave and find peace if you want. You don't have to be attached, you are free to make you your own choice”
you were moved by his care for you, you could see a bright light in front of you luring you in. You moved towards it but looked back at the boys, at Colby. You didn't want to leave him. As a ghost you weren't supposed to feel anything but you did. You liked Colby. You wished You could have met him in person.
After what Colby said during the method you didn't appear anymore and he figured you actually left. He was sad, he missed you but hoped you were happy and okay wherever you were.
Then one day he went hiking to clear his mind and ended up on his favorite spot. But once he got there he noticed someone was there. Nobody came here for years so why now.
When the person turned around and smiled at him he thought he was hallucinating. It wasn't possible.
“ Y/n?”
“ Nice to finally meet you Colby”...
