so meeting commander shepard is already an intimidating experience because she is a legend, an accomplished soldier, kills reapers on bad days, could murder you with a snap of a finger and all that. but then you see her boyfriend behind her, actually 7ft tall, a young turian who’s all muscles and teeth and claws, actual hand to hand AND sniper specialist, almost single-handedly destroyed gangs on omega, one of the highest ranked turians in the Hierarchy despite not following rules. and you’re like, yeah okay they are both terrifying and that’s what an actual power couple looks like
