Once I saw a kid go down hard and he wasn’t wearing a helmet. Ski patrol took him away. I don’t know if he ever got up. With the snowboard season coming up fast its a safe idea to wear a helmet, or buy one.

I don’t know man, sure there’s certain things you should wear a helmet for. but I mostly don’t wear one. It gives me a little bit too much confidence sometimes as to where I get reckless, that’s also dangerous.

What happens if you get hurt and go to the hospital? If you get out and are perfectly fine that would be awesome, but hospital bills will suck. What if you go to the hospital and heaven forbid die? Who do you think is going to be stuck with the hospital and funeral bills? Granted it isn’t a get out of jail free card, but it CAN save your life. I couldn’t say the same for not wearing a helmet.

I didn’t get rid of the captions because it’s important to read. I’ve gotten a concussion with a helmet on from snowboarding. If I wasn’t wearing my helmet, it would have been a lot worse. They save your life whether you like it or not. I think it’s important and a lot of it is personal preference. Helmets don’t look totally dorky these days anyways (ie. you don’t have to wear a ski helmet). But guys just be smart about it :)

I don't really give a fuck if you wear your helmet or not. But I can say with certainty that had I not worn a helmet since I was a child (for all action sports) I would be dead right now. No question. If you wouldn't be you just aren't going hard enough.
